โรงแรมใกล้ Praça Moinhos de VentoในCanoas

เรามาเยือนโรงแรมเดิมนี้เมื่อปีก่อนและได้เขียนรีวิวที่ดีเยี่ยมระดับ 5 ดาว สิ่งต่างๆ เปลี่ยนไปและไม่ได้ดีขึ้น ตลอดสัปดาห์ของเราพักไม่สนุกอย่างสมบูรณ์ ในขณะที่ทางโรงแรมรักษาคุณภาพไว้บ้างแต่คุณภาพการบริการและมาตรฐานห้องพักได้ลดลงอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ เฉพาะพนักงานเสริฟไม่เอาใจใส่เหมือนเดิมและแม้ในช่วงเวลาที่ไม่ใช่ peak ช่วงเวลาการรอการทักทายและเสนอเครื่องดื่มก็นาน อาหารทําได้ดีแต่รสชาติมีหลากหลายระหว่างมื้อกลางวันกับมื้อเย็นอาหารเย็นเป็นมื้อที่ดีกว่าเลือกอาหารจานเดียวกัน เราขอทําความสะอาดห้อง 3 ครั้ง ขณะที่เราพักงาน ห้องพักก็ไม่ได้รับการทําความสะอาดเมื่อเรากลับ ากสั่งรูมเซอร์วิสมารับถาดใช้เวลา3ชม. แล้วพอเราโทรกลับมายืนยันว่าเค้าเอาถาดไปให้ ห้องอาหารโทรมาหาเราภายใน 5 นาที เพื่อหาว่ากาแฟขี้เหร่ที่ไหนและไม่ใช่กระติกน้ํานมและยืนยันว่ารู้ว่าห้องไหนยังอยู่จริง เรารู้สึกเหมือนนักโทษมากกว่าแขก ห้องที่เราพักเป็นอาทิตย์ไม่มีอะไรเหมือนห้องชั้นเดียวกันในทริปแรกๆ ไม้เทียมราคาถูก ชั้นวางทีวีแทนที่ แต่งตัวสวยๆ และห้องพักรู้สึกเหมือนเป็น holiday inn มากกว่าโรงแรมหรูเหมือนทริปที่แล้ว จุดเด่นของการเข้าพักของเราคือ Rosemary (เราคิดว่า) ในการทําความสะอาด เธอเป็นความสุขและความทรงจําของสมัยก่อนอย่างชัดเจน อัลเบิร์ตและเทย์เลอร์ในห้องอาหารเป็นพนักงานเสิร์ฟคนเดียวที่ทําให้เรารู้สึกสบายใจ พนักงานเสริฟคนหนึ่งย้ายไปรอบๆ อย่างรวดเร็ว เราถือแว่นไว้เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าไม่ได้เอา ทางเสริฟโต๊ะแบบหงุดหงิดมาก พนักงานเสริฟอีกคนใช้เวลานานมากในการเสริฟเรากับแขกต้องลุกไป 3 รอบเพื่อหาความช่วยเหลือ พนักงานเบลกัปตันก็ยอดเยี่ยมและช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี (บางทีน่าจะเอาไปดูแลแผนกต้อนรับและห้องอาหาร!) หากต้องการพักที่ Porto Alegre คงอยากพักที่นี่แต่ต้องเตรียมตัวให้พร้อมและหากได้เข้าพักก่อนหน้านี้อย่างที่เราทําเตรียมตัวให้พร้อมสําหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงคุณภาพห้องพักและระดับการบริการ ไม่แน่ใจว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น แต่มันไม่ใช่ที่เดิมแล้ว

If you travel for fun, then the price and the enviromento is fine.But if you travel for business, this is one of the worst hotel I have experience, the receptionist has really bad atitude, they dont speak english and they descriminate foreigners. Second, they dont know how to make an invoice correctly with the CNPJ. They misspelled the name or not putting the whole adress correctly. And when i ask to change, they complain and give a bad atittude. I will not reserve this hotel for any of my clientes anymore. If the hotel wants to grow, the receptionists need to receive proper training once in a while. But

โรงแรมใหม่และสะดวกสบายพร้อมสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในห้องน้ําบางแห่ง ... ที่จอดรถกับผู้ผลิตและส่วนชาร์จ (R$21 00 ต่อวัน) อาหารเช้าแสนอร่อยและหลากหลาย แต่ส่วนที่คิดค่าบริการ tb (R$30 00 ต่อคน) ในความคิดของฉันถ้าคุณสามารถเพิ่มค่าจอดรถและอาหารเช้าคุณสามารถพักในโรงแรมได้ดีกว่าในราคานี้ ฉันไม่พบค่าใช้จ่ายที่ดี x ประโยชน์ เจ้าหน้าที่แผนกต้อนรับ TB สามารถเห็นอกเห็นใจมากขึ้นเช่นเดียวกับพนักงานแห้งชาย

ร้านนี้เป็นหนึ่งในโรงแรมที่คุ้มค่าที่สุดในปอร์ตูอาเลเกร ฉันมาพักที่นี่ทุกปีตั้งแต่เดินทางมาทำธุรกิจในปี 2556 เพราะครั้งแรกที่ฉันไม่รู้ว่าอยู่โรงแรมอื่น โรงแรมนี้เหมาะกว่าสำหรับครอบครัวธุรกิจและวันหยุด มีห้องครัว อาหารเช้าอร่อยจริง ๆ อยู่ยงคงกระพัน ร้านอาหารใหม่ย้ายไปฝั่งถนน วิวถนนที่ยอดเยี่ยม! มีสวนอนุสรณ์อยู่ข้างๆ และมีแผงขายผลไม้ริมทางมากมาย มันปลอดภัยมากและคุณสามารถเดินไปรอบๆ รู้สึกเหมือนเป็นเมืองเล็ก ๆ ในยุโรป! สเต็กของโรงแรมนั้นดีและร้านอาหารก็กลายเป็นบาร์สำหรับดื่มในตอนเย็น!

They were trying to charge for a second guest in the room with a double bed. How weird of them. How can they charge for a second guest in the room if there is no breakfast being served? They said that the reservation was made on a different platform and all that trying to get an excuse for overcharging us. The man at the front desk was pretty rude with us saying “would it be fair to pay double when you are single?” - and even completed “so why would you want us to charge the room for two for you online?” Very weird the attention was horrible… I do not recommend!!! They want to charge for everything separately, ok, good for them. But for the second guest in the room? Is it a HOSTEL then?! Good luck, I am not coming back!

O Hotel Express Centro Histórico superou as expectativas, estive hospedado a negócios, muito bem organizado, limpo, quartos confortáveis e com boa climatização, chuveiro muito bom, percebe-se que o hotel passou por alguma revitalização e reforma recentemente, ótimo atendimento dos recepcionistas e equipe de serviços, café da manhã simples mas completo e com boa variedade, a localização do hotel é excelente, próximo a restaurantes, centro da cidade, principais acessos, super recomendo o hotel para quem busca um bom custo-benefício e praticidade com a localização.

O flat possui uma boa estrutura, silencioso e bem localizado, sendo perfeito para quem está de passagem. Abaixo o meu review... Pontos positivos: - a localização é perfeita, pois há nas proximidades restaurantes, bares, cafeterias, mercados e farmácia; - seguro, sobretudo por estar numa zona militar; - cama muito confortável, assim como o sofá também, perfeitos para relaxar; - silencioso, pois não escutamos ruídos da rua ou de vizinhos; - sistema de entrada/saída todo eletrônico e com senha, evitando assim ter que carregar chaves. Pontos negativos: - havia um pequeno vazamento no banheiro, mas que não atrapalhou a estada; - poderia haver mais uma coberta e travesseiros; - poderia haver mais utensílios de cozinha. Minha opinião: Se não fosse o problema do vazamento a hospedagem teria sido perfeita. A localização do imóvel e o conforto do quarto tornam a estada muito agradável, ao ponto de já tornarmos o local como nosso favorito para uma futura ida a capital.

Relatively new hotel which is kept in excellent condition. Rooms have lovely views and breakfast is excellent, although 1 day of the 5 we stayed they did struggle a little to keep up with demand. Best part: The pool! Great to finally have a outdoor pool with a view in the city! They do need to have some umbrellas though as it is South facing and the sun is relentless. Especially a concern with young children. Also the floor in the pool area is extremely slippery when you have wet feet. There is also a top quality shopping mall on site with some fabulous food choices. Staff were very good indeed! My only gripe was they ran out of English Breakfast Tea Bags so I had no tea for the last 2 days... but that's my own fault for being English!
