Silver Sand Holiday Village

Love going here its location is the best place for the beach and restaurants. The staff including everyone down to the room boys are always very helpful special mention to Peter Andre and Darren who go the extra to sort any little problem can’t wait till 6th December when we return

2 star hotel. It is! Check in fine. Room! Front door had sliding bolt and padlock for entrance! Bed changed , springs, balcony nice. Room ok as were toilets. Staff great, breakfast ok, restaurant nice food. Pool ok but need sun loungers .pass

Hotel staff were very helpful, they did all they could to look after us. Hotel was in excellent location, nice and quiet. Room was clean and tidy, lovely bathroom and had air con and a fan. We would stay again. Thank you guys so much, David and Tracey

Needs a good upgrade, needs a good clean. pool needs a good clean infact everything needs a good clean. Eggs for breakfast if you want cheese of ham added its at a extra cost..Only pleasant thing about this hotel is the staff. Certainly won't be going back.

We arrived here after reading bad reviews so were a little concerned. On arrival we were shown to our superior room. It was clean quiet and overlooked the garden. The bathroom was clean and smelt nice. It was dated but functional. The bedroom was clean it had a kettle and fridge in situ. The bed was made on a daily basis, room cleaned and fresh towels. The breakfast was adequate fresh eggs and toast. A selection of Indian dishes a choice of tea coffee and juice. Fresh strong coffee on request from the waiting on staff. We didn’t use the pool so cannot comment. The staff are second to none. Anil the friendliest guy ever worked tirelessly morning and night and remembers everyone’s name. He is a total asset to the hotel. The location is next to the beach and short walk to Main Street. Plenty of bars and shops on the beach road. We booked a trip to old Goa with Monty from the excursion shop on beach road. Much cheaper than the Tui rep. We used the shacks on the beach every day. Fantastic beach and sea. No upset tummies. Super cheap. Definitely worth a visit

This place is very near to the beach and very easy to go to the beach room is also very quite and good the swimming pool area is also very good Indian food its also very good. Hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful. Balcony view is also good.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We had a bungalow which was absolutely fine for us. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Massive shout out to the bar staff - AJ and Ameil ( think that’s correct) The rooms are very basic but they did the job , they were cleaned daily. The hotel is in a perfect location - extremely close to the beach, shops and restaurants We loved it so much we have just booked again for next year and can’t wait to return, The only let down to this hotel in my opinion is the pool area - it would benefit from some of the trees been trimmed as most of the sun beds are in the shade and maybe offer a drink service - apart from that this hotel is spot on
