There is an important thing I have to mention here. Hope everyone is aware this situation before you book the hotel. Trip.com misled me about the price and what included when I booked my room. There were some room types without breakfast or meals. I tried to call the hotel to verify because they’re supposed an all inclusive hotel. I found out I’m right. No matter what room type you paid for. It supposed all inclusive package but trip.com tried to mark up more for the price in order to confuse people if they want to get all inclusive packages.
Pros :
1. All the restaurants are good but they have specific schedule. You have to check which restaurants are opened everytime.
2. The room was clean and the view was stunning.
3. The room has a small place for room service.
Cons :
1. There were lots of salespeople around the lobby. They always try to sell their club membership. Especially, the first day when you checked in. They are pretty aggressive though.
2. Location is a little far from the main street.
3.It’s a party so you can always hear loud music during the day until 10:00pm. Just pick somewhere else if you’re not a party person.

Upon arrival we were greeted with Champagne! That’s always major we love the feel of luxury. Check-in was brief and to the point. However as we were being shown the property we were being pitched for an upgrade to Xhale which would me our room and amenities would change. We were interested initially but quickly learned the appointment to upgrade would be a timeshare pitch. Immediately we called to decline. The Xcelerate ocean view room was perfect. All the luxurious amenities were a plus including the ability to play music in the bathroom via Bluetooth. The open shower was heavenly with two full stream shower heads from the ceiling. Everything is definitely electronic in the room. You even request room service from electronically. The bar drinks was strong and close proximity on the property. The food was good. We only tried the Italian which was a great experience. The server was amazing. Prepare to party on schedule because often times the music would not stop at the pool when we wanted to turn down from shopping all day. If you’re considering I would say go, I would visit the property again in the future.

那是個公共沙灘+碼頭，好多遊客，亂糟糟的。房間很大很乾凈，浴室與🚽是獨立的二個空間，這點深得我心。不過入住那天房間裏有股刺鼻的氣味（有點像殺蟲劑的味道）薰得我頭暈。早餐不好吃，中午衹供應自助餐和簡餐。一次性塑料杯居然是反覆使用的，洗得也不乾淨，有些杯子都變型了還在使用。
圖三是在自助餐廳門口拍的，白色的不是櫃子，是百頁狀木板，二塊木板以90度拼成半圍欄，風一吹，一塊木板哐噹一聲倒地，還好當時沒人走過。服務員並沒有意識到如果砸到人很危險，衹是扶起木板隨便一拼，就像啥也沒發生過一樣。

同価格帯のホテルにも宿泊しましたが、断然こちらのホテルの方がご飯が美味しく人にも勧めれます！

호텔이 몰려있는 호텔존에 위치하고 있으며 시설은 신설이라
현대적이고 인테리어도 좋았으며 깨끗했습니다
해외에선 주로 음식이 짜서 걱정했는데 짜지않고 맛있었어요
룸서비스도 몇가지 빼곤 그럭저럭 먹을만 했으며 칵테일도
괜찮았습니다
레스토랑 마다 태도와 친절에는 차이가 있었습니다
친절하지 않은건 아니지만 간혹 20% 불만족스러운 태도가
있었습니다만 음식은 맛있었어요
팁을 제외하곤 모든 비용이 들지않았으며 추가비용이드는
옵션도 있습니다
호텔에서 빠져 나올때는 차가 막히지않지만
호텔존으로 들어갈때는 차가 심각하게 막힐수도 있습니다

We had an amazing time at Breathless Soul. On our last night we dined at the rooftop Asian restaurant and Rodrigo was the most fantastic server. He made our last night very memorable.
Great food, great pool options (low key, mid level, and high energy), amazing staff, great evening events…met so many Canadians ☺️.
Only caution, when you arrive, sales staff will try to get you to have breakfast with them the next morning to sell timeshare options. They will offer you a potential of spa credits, but personally don’t think it’s worth the time spent listening to a sales pitch. We politely said no to breakfast when we arrived and were never approached again 😊.
Would highly recommend and will be returning.
