I have stayed at 3 resorts in Cancun and I’d say that Paradisus had the absolute worst customer service.
- Front Desk was by far the worst. They didn’t allow any changes to the reservation. We didn’t get any information about the resort; self-navigation.
- I booked through ******* and the description was not met. They didn’t have 2 queen beds, welcome wine or allow 4 people in a room.
- The rooms were outdated and dirty. They only had 2 towels, bugs in sink, and mattress that were stained and ripped up.
- The had glass water bottles in the mini fridge that need a bottle opener with no bottle opener.
-They will try to charge you for whatever they can like a late check-out, beach seating and food. We were told that coconut drinks were an additional fee, but then the waiter at lemon fish said that they’re actually free.
- The only people that deserve a 10/10 are the waiters and cooks.
- We spent our last day at the resort next door “Fiesta Americana Condesa” They had exceptional customer Service, making guests feel like royalty.
They also had accurate ******* representation and even exceeded expectations. Their rooms are modern and clean. I’d rate Fiesta Americana Condesa 20/10 and 2/10 for Paradisus.
