Hotel was horrible service horrible, from the time I arrive the room was wrong no ac stayed in the room 3 days with no air condition when they finally moved my room a day before leaving . They treated the kids so bad not to mention roaches in hotel , food was not good, smh I will never recommend this hotel to anyone going forward

家族向けのオールインクルーシブホテルでした。レストランの種類も多く、美味しいので、食事に飽きずに過ごすことができました。
チェックイン可能時間の前から、荷物を預けたり着替えたり食事を楽しむことが自由にでき、融通が効いてありがたかったです。

Great place to stay. The only downside of the hotel was you can either be at the pool beach area or the waterpark. They are on opposite side of the building.

Close to bus,good beach, buffet was very good,Italian restaurant,steakhouse terrible! We felt unless youu ate Mexican service was terribke from the ladies at the ice cream place for kids and the water park same attitude bar staff mostly friendly some nor so much! Not much communication about changes in activities, twice bands were to be poilside , no band no telling us it had changed ti different locations. Felt more atound the pool coukd be done! For example cooking by the pool, more activities for the adults, not much music to listen to! Saw the entertainment people not too often!, not so good no menu for

Nearby hotel produces unbearable industrial noise ... four huge compressors works day and night without stop, we could not even open the door to our balcony (10th floor!), that's how noisy it was! The result - did not enjoy fresh air at night and the hot tub on the balcony...simply could not bear that industrial noise. Never come back

Check in was quick, rooms were as pictured (clean), good food at the buffet with lots of options, a la carts were great, and there was a grab and go cafe which was super convenient. Lots of activities for the kids to do. We had a great time!
