We had a pretty bad experience with our stay at Wyndham Cancun.
Water was leaking in the room.
Shower planner was broken and draining yellow color water.
Overall experience is bad but the property is really good. This was an unfortunate experience.

We had an amazing days at Wyndham Grand Cancun. The amenities were amazing , food at La vista was fantastic, helpful and attentive staffs. Beach was not swimmable due to the strong wind but they have different pools and jacuzzi to choose from.

El hotel es viejo y a pesar de que lo remodelaron recientemente se nota.
La.playa es muy bonita y tiene buena ubicación, sin embargo el punto más débil es la comida, tienen pocas opciones, la calidad es baja y obtener reservación en temporada alta es muy difícil.
El.servicio también es deficiente.

da vinci 那個要預訂的餐廳着裝要求是在離譜，別的老外穿花襯衫和短褲還有樂福鞋就能進去，我男朋友穿個普通黑色短褲 純白短袖 帶跟的涼鞋（全包住腳的）不讓進，説是不符合著裝要求，真的有點無語，但餐廳還是不錯的，吃的也不差

Hotel overall was excellent and clean , but it is a timeshare facility, very pushy on getting the timeshare and be careful with Andres who will insult you if you don’t buy the timeshare , he insulted us

If you’re looking for a place to be in Cancun this is it! Our second straight year back and it was more memorable this time. Staff is amazing! Leo, Martin, Roger, Enrique, Martinez…wish I could remember more. Excellent hospitality for our party of 6 adults! Friends, families it has everything you need! See you in January 2025!!

They upgraded our room to ocean view as opposed to lagoon view. That’s it. No champagne when we arrived. Our bedsheet had sand in it. The room was warm and they put us on the second floor ( noisy and busy). Day three they changed our towels and one of the new towels had a blood stain on it. When I showed a picture to front desk, they said oh that’s housekeeping. We contract out. I’ll tell them. The toilet was hissing all night and I had to fix it myself.
We had a Jungle tour as part of our package and they emailed me and canceled the tour due to the weather but they never rebooked us. Lastly they did not give us late check out and we have been sitting in the lobby for the past 3 hours.

We liked the property and location. The beach is beautiful and the pools are nice, especially the jacuzzi. The restaurants (a la carte) are good. The only one we didn't like the food very much was Tacos and the sushi bar could have more options. Our room was nice, great lagoon view and partial sea view.
