We had a pretty bad experience with our stay at Wyndham Cancun. Water was leaking in the room. Shower planner was broken and draining yellow color water. Overall experience is bad but the property is really good. This was an unfortunate experience.

We had an amazing days at Wyndham Grand Cancun. The amenities were amazing , food at La vista was fantastic, helpful and attentive staffs. Beach was not swimmable due to the strong wind but they have different pools and jacuzzi to choose from.

El hotel es viejo y a pesar de que lo remodelaron recientemente se nota. La.playa es muy bonita y tiene buena ubicación, sin embargo el punto más débil es la comida, tienen pocas opciones, la calidad es baja y obtener reservación en temporada alta es muy difícil. El.servicio también es deficiente.

da vinci 那個要預訂的餐廳着裝要求是在離譜，別的老外穿花襯衫和短褲還有樂福鞋就能進去，我男朋友穿個普通黑色短褲 純白短袖 帶跟的涼鞋（全包住腳的）不讓進，説是不符合著裝要求，真的有點無語，但餐廳還是不錯的，吃的也不差

The stay was good. Fighting for outside seating was terrible. Very few shaded spots. Paying to have staff find and place umbrella on the beach was no fun. All the bars are great.

The Wyndham Grand is a good place to stay at, its not the most luxurious but that was not that important to me, it was high quality all around, staff was good, beach was good, rooms were good!

Our stay at Wyndham was great! We had a lot of mishaps, though. With those mishaps, they did make up for them! First, we could not check in on time, but they allowed us to go eat at their restaurant in the meantime. The next mishap was, there was a leak in our room. They came up right away to fix it, but the water was there for a long time. We had to ask for them to clean it twice. We used one of our bath towels to clean it but it was a lot of water! Third mishap was, our room was so cold! AC is nice in hot weather, but our room was very cold. I kept adjusting the thermometer and it would get colder. I had to ask them to fix this 3x. On the other hand, they did honor my request for late check out. They gave us an extra hour, and they allowed us to enjoy the grounds for the remainder of our time before we left to the airport.

The staff was awesome and everyone was so happy to serve you. My disappointment was unless you got up at 5am to get a chair by the pool or ocean you did not get a lounge chair we never got one in the 4 days. The other thing was unless you booked dinner at 9am you couldn’t get reservation or there was only 9pm available. The sushi bar was great and the pool side deli was great.

We stayed here for our 38th anniversary. We enjoyed the food at the restaurants we were able to get into. Da Vinci was one we tried to get in the whole time we were there but they were always booked up. The staff were professional but very friendly. The drinks were delicious. On the down side, the water pressure in the shower was very weak. The sink did not have hot water. We also didn't realize this was a timeshare property. It was off-putting to be asked numerous times to attend the 90 minute session. We were celebrating our anniversary, not looking for a timeshare. It was very annoying. On of the issues that really annoyed us is that we booked with the travel agent, Norma, and specifically asked to be booked to see the ruins. We reiterated that point numerous times and she even showed us the video. So she booked us on a caravan with us going to a beach. She even repeated to us about the ruins and the beach. We assumed we were doing both. Well, that didn't happen. We weren't able to see the ruins and paid $224 to see the beach. This was a tour from 9:00-4:30. I went to see Norma about this and she said she told us it was the beach - that the ruins was a different tour and she could book us on that if we wanted. I was floored. She lied to us and I will not visit this hotel again. We will be staying at a different hotel the next time we go back.

Restaurants were very good the buffet was not and lunch options were just of. Had to call twice to have mini fridge restocked. Housekeeping was below average

Beautiful beach, the Italian restaurant was amazing the other 2 that you had to make reservations for were just ok in my opinion. Outdoor Sushi and taco restaurant were great. Had a nice time overall.

There is a wonderful beach and several pools and restaurants that are quite good. The down side is you can't make a dinner reservation until the app allows at exactly 9 a.m. and even then it can be hard to get the time and place you want. The resort has A LOT of steps to get from the hotel to one pool, then more steps to get to another pool and even more to get to the beach and about 3 flights to get to the spa. So it's good for getting your daily steps in but not good if you have mobility issues. Like most resorts, don't count get on getting a nice chair by the pool if you arrive after 8:00 am. Very friendly staff and fun pool activities. Restaurants were very good, dinner buffet, not great.

It says VIP ACCESS but none of that was provided or available:( The music at night until 1 am is to loud and obnoxious:(

The food was okay. Staff was friendly and accommodating but we paid servers the delivery fee when they delivered the food. They did not say it needed to be paid when we checked out so we ended paying the food delivery fee twice.
