The hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay.

Friendly staff, walking distance to restaurants and night life but hotel itself was quiet and staff hospitable. Nice vibe for families and adults.

As usual Fiesta Americana Villas was amazing. The staff are highly attentive and make us feel welcome and at home. Any concerns we had with the room were taken care of
immediately and professionally. Beach service was fantastic with Rafaella leading the charge and Jorge doing a fantastic job at the bikini bar. The bellmen Vicente, Rodrigo, and Oscar are amazing and can take care of anything you need. This staff is the reason we have been coming to this hotel for almost ten years now.

Absolutely amazing place to vacation. Beautiful location, friendly staff and delicious food/beverages. The access to water does have steps that are slippery when wet, use caution if require wheelchair/assistance

This was our first time here and enjoyed it ..its quiet and pretty only thing is the beach access its beautiful but u cant just walk in there are steps to go into the ocean but besides that everything was perfect

Great hotel for the price. Large spacious suites with 2 balconies. Beautiful pool area and nice beach. Staff is amazing and always friendly. Very nice gym.

Slightly dated hotel. Good location by the beach, ideal for family and kids. Sea is really shallow. Not ideal for swimming.
Water pressure in the shower and sink is rather poor.
Good and helpful staff, not always proficient with English but they try their best.
Very pricey for what it has to offer though. Restaurants are pretty good, but expensive again.
