Laguna Suites All Inclusive

The staff was very very nice. Laguna Suite is a very beautiful nice place as well. The entertainment staff, Jesús and the bartender Gustavo are both friendly person. Jesús is very very nice and brought smiles to our faces. Gustavo is very generous and knew exactly what drinks or preferences my family liked. Other employees like Edwin, Sergio, Michelle, Samuel, Emmanuel, Gearodo, and Matilde are all absolutely amazing at their jobs! My time at Laguna has made me think of staying and recommending the resort.

It was a very pleasant trip. The place was quiet, the staff were very nice. Everyone in the resto especially Jorge, Sergio, Abigail, Edwin, Mary, Samuel, Gustavo and Chayo were all so good. They made it a point to know their guest and their likes. Once you got seated, they'll offer you your favorite drink. I felt sick one time and Samuel gave me a chamomile tea to drink to ease my stomachpain. Mary always has a smile on her face whenever she serves you. It felt so good to stay there as everyone was so welcoming and always has smile ready when they see you. Ricardo, the concierge was so helpful and accommodating, he made sure that my return shuttle was booked even when the transportation office was closed that day. I also had a good massage with Jaralis at the spa. Overall, everything went well, m husband and I had an awesome time and felt safe staying in that hotel.

The place is old, run down and it is a 1 star. We left and went to another hotel! Pool is barely bigger than a tub. Rooms are outdated, horrible showers. Food was decent. They need to update the place. No where 4 stars. The positive reviews are fake!!!

Highly recommended for families with young children - not too noisy @ night. Food was great :) Great service from staff members - everyone was respectful and appears to be enjoying their job. We are definitely coming back!

I strongly recommend not to go. Waste of money and time. The food is disgusting the housekeepers just moves the hairs from one place to another,mold everywhere inside my room 120. Check-in took me about an hour and at the check-out they charge me more than the math was even when I showed him with a calculator that his math was almost $100 over. He got nervous and told me to submit a complaint with the manager. The only good thing I have to say about it is one young bartender He was really nice and always tried to make us feel better. He was extra miles. They need to hire another chef like quick this one don't even know how to make a mashed potatoes. Not to mention that is a simulation of a gourmet restaurant. Transportation Left us behind after wait for him for 25 minutes and asked the driver if he was the one we were waiting for and he responded "no". We ended paying a $30 taxi and They asked for a mayor credit card for everything.

The food is excellent service exceptional Mary, Edwin, Emanuel,Sergio gustavo they were exceptional Well came back soon I got very pleasant memories since my first day very warm welcome at reception House keeper was exceptional

Just had an amazing stay at Laguna Suites! The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, making our stay truly enjoyable. The hospitality of the hotel staff was outstanding, with everyone being so friendly and accommodating especially Jesus. And let's not forget about the food - it was absolutely delicious and Edwin and Sergio were great servers! Alexis and Gustavo were great bartenders and they always recommend something special for you. If you love a tiny and very loud/noisy pool over-run with children, no food options that were eddible or free from bugs, a mosquito haven - then by all means, give it a try. As this was my first trip to this hotel and the carriers plans of enticing me to travel with them often and to many destinations, I can tell you I will only book with travel agencies that are well known and well respected back at home. Don't go. While the room was nice, large, well organized - getting to the hotel or between hotels by shuttle is painful, hot/sweaty, an you have to pretty much push and shove to get on and off in the evening. Standing room only.

Stayed at this Laguna Suites Just this July 2023. My Family have a wonderful experienced. Staffs were very friendly: and accommodating- Samuel, Mary, Emmanuel- Thanks for the sumptous food menus and great service to us..Gustavo- Thank you so much for the awesome drinks and wonderful service.. very skilled bar tender..
