Family trip.
We requested a late check-in due to our plane's itinerary. Since there is a 24-hour door staff, there was no inconvenience.
The room was just what we needed. It also included a fridge, microwave oven, toaster, induction cooktop, and dinnerware.
A convenience store, a pharmacy, and a supermarket are within walking range, as well as the access to the beach.
One thing to improve is toiletries size, especially soap and shampoo.

It is an amazing place with coral reef, Lagoon and white sandy beech all within the resort. Service has been excellent and the excursion to Tulum and Cenote is totally worth it. In here, everyday is a workout day and every night is a party night. Great vibes, sport activities, food and drink. The staff here are very friendly. Special mention to Jersey who took care of our early arrival and and late check out arrangement. Thanks you so much!

It was a great value for what we paid and the room is walking distance to everything. We got the duplex which was plenty of space for us and our family.

There was roaches on the bed and not willing to fix the issue. I do not recommend this place. We left early due to the bug issue and they did not refund us. Owner was not accommodating or helpful.

Great location, short walk to grocery store, restaurants, nightlife, beach, and souvenir shops. Easy check-in, cameras on the property, and security made us feel very safe. Definitely worth the price, would book here again if in Cancun!

Très bien situé, épicerie, magasin, restaurant tout est proche. Pour ceux qui aiment le nightlife, c’est à 5 minutes de marche du Coco Bongo. Condo avec tout ce que l’on a besoin de base.

A pesar de escoger la opción de pagar en el establecimiento, el proveedor me cobro 6 días antes de la estancia, y no me aviso el concepto con el que aparecería el cargo, por lo que tuve que reportar dicho movimiento al Banco lo cual me generó múltiples inconvenientes. En lo personal no

Son bastante cómodos, muy limpios y lo mejor el aroma es delicioso. Es cerca de todo y por la relación costo beneficio, superó nuestras expectativas.. es facil llegar en bus desde el ADO del centro y barato. para esta fecha 12 pesos en el bus desde el centro. les aconsejaría poner una cuerda en la ducha para poner a secar Por todo lo demás, son super atentos. la ropa húmeda Saludos desde Colombia, volveremos.
