Good service. Nice location. Rooms should be cleaner.

We were 3 adults had 2 rooms, we were all inclusive and had daily access to the Spa. Positives for us - [ ] Check in was welcoming and fast . - [ ] Beds and pillows are very comfortable. - [ ] Great location, 5min walk to the ***** and beach . - [ ] We did not hear the ***** from within the hotel. - [ ] You have English Tv in your room channel,bbc1,2, itv , channel 4&5. - [ ] Spacious bedroom and bathroom - [ ] Shower is powerful and water hot. - [ ] Free shampoo and shower gel in the shower . - [ ] Lots of beds around the pool. - [ ] Tv in small bar area to watch the football . - [ ] Most Staff friendly and helpful. - [ ] Staff work hard and work long hours . - [ ] Many lifts around the hotel , they a quick and reliable. - [ ] Kettle, fridge and hair dryer in the room . - [ ] We were on floor 4 . Looking out onto the pool , Mountains and sea. Beautiful views. - [ ] Lots of coat hangers in the wardrobe. Plus lots of storage space. - [ ] Many mirrors around the room , on the wardrobe and in the bathroom. - [ ] Safe in the room, for us it was included in our staff. But not for everyone. - [ ] Pool area clean and spacious, we were not all sat very close to each other . - [ ] Spa pool water warm. - [ ] 2 sauna and 2 steam room . - [ ] Jacuzzi at the pool is great . - [ ] Night entertainment was good, worth a watch . - [ ] Activities were offered during the day like keep fit , archery, ping bong . - [ ] Wished us happy birthday at the pool which was great and gave us a bottle of champagne. - [ ] Left a birthday wishes and a bottle of champagne in our room . - [ ] Lots a seating area in the restaurant and was cool . - [ ] Rooms were cool and air conditioning was constantly on. - [ ] Enough plug sockets to charge your phone . Negatives for us - [ ] The pool water is freezing cold . Therefore hardly anyone went into the pool, adults, or children , despite it being so hot. Due to this we would not return to this hotel, as being able to get into the pool to cool off and to be able to complete some swimming is essential to our holiday . - [ ] Spa area old, floors dirty and many of the appliances and metal rusty . - [ ] Rooms, could be cleaner including the curtains, floors, and ceiling. - [ ] The bar member Victoria was rude, rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed . - [ ] Named brands of alcohol are not included in the all inclusive. You have to pay extra . - [ ] Not a huge choice of desserts, a few small cakes and ice cream . - [ ] We had often had eaten our meal b4 we were able to order drinks. A number of times we had to go and find the staff member to order them. - [ ] Restaurant ran out of cutlery daily especially knives. - [ ] You have to carry your room card around all the times . As this has to be used to order drinks or food. - [ ] Gym equipment old and rusty. - [ ] Gym seems to have no air conditioning. - [ ] You have to pay for bottled water . Some bar staff with give you a pint of water(out of the drinks machine ) i

Eat out. Grab a sun lounger at the crack of dawn, or you'll be disappointed. Towels are left on the beds and are never removed by staff if people are not using them. Drinks are only included with breakfast, you'll have to purchase drinks in the evening. All purchases at the hotel are charged to your room key, as no cash can be taken...keep an eye on how much you spend as it is easy to run up a big bill if you are not careful.

Restaurant very clean, good food, nice service, pool bar is good and bar salon nice music and sow. I will come back again, recommended. Nice weather and nice staff

Having read lots of reviews for the Alexandre Gala I was worried mainly on a noise level - I needn't have wasted the energy worrying, the hotel is brilliant, cleaned continually and staff are friendly and helpful. Things which mattered to us were - 1. Noise from Veronicas ***** - we had room 626, which is on the top floor above the entrance facing the street, the room was bright and airy, it's in a bustling area, but once the patio door was closed the room was silent. 2. Room facilities - tea and coffee making facilities, an unlocked mini fridge with two glasses and two bottles of water upon arrival, TV with some English channels, good WI-FI reception. 3. Restaurant facilities - Tables cleared and cleaned and re-set quickly, never any problem obtaining a table, plates in hot food area were always warmed/hot, we never found an item of crockery or cutlery that was dirty for the entire holiday and we certainly didn't see any bugs in the entire hotel. Extra cutlery is available in a rack in the cold section. Food was hot, varied, well presented and delicious, (I am a very picky eater and always found plenty of items I liked). The chefs (especially the one wearing a multi coloured shirt) were more than willing to discuss the food on offer, and make suggestions for accompaniments. My absolute hate is luke-warm food, so I was glad to find microwave ovens available, but I didn't need to use them as the food was always hot. Other reviewers have complained about the wait for drinks, we never found it to be an issue, possibly because we chose a table and sat down before collecting our meals, a waiter would take the drink order within a couple of minutes of us arriving, another member of staff delivered the drinks quickly. 4. Pool / hotel renovations - we had been warned that one of the pools was closed, and given the option to cancel or change hotels at the last minute. We are so glad we chose to continue with the holiday. Sound was minimal from the pool work, and luckily it was completed two days before we returned home, so we had time enjoying the deeper unheated pool for a couple of days which was a bonus.. 5. Sunbeds - there were always plenty available at any time of day, with lots of different areas to sit n, some overlooking one or other of the pools, some overlooking the hot tub / sea, plenty of umbrellas and shaded areas. There was lots of space to spread out or change position, the hotel is well placed, there is sun in all areas throughout the day. 6. Room card for drinks - having read other reviews I imagined a nightmare ordering process, so was pleased to find it was very simple. Take room card with you when you leave the room, present room card when you wish to order drinks (or food from pool bar), place order. We were AI, but could see that folks who were not AI were given a receipt for each order they made, as we were when we ate in the restaurant (itemised and billed as 0.00) so it should be simple to keep track of spending

Whatever you do, do not go all inclusive at this hotel it's absolutely dire we had the option to swap due to the ongoing works and thought we would give it the benefit of the doubt, now I wish we hadn't. Let's start with the drinks, the dispensed soft drinks and cocktails were rubbish, for a decent cocktail you had to pay 6 euros ( surely the price you pay for all inclusive would include fresh cocktails and not horrible ones from a machine same with the soft drinks absolutely no taste ). The food is ok always something but we ate out every night for dinner. Had snacks during the day one or twice however there is so crisps, ice cream etc available during the day outwith buffet lunch time maybe I am just comparing to other AI hotels I have been to, also once you've checked out you then have to pay for drinks which again something I have never had to do before. Apart from that the hotel is just a basic hotel with a pool, nothing fancy and definitely not worth 2k for a family of 3 for 5 nights.

Stayed in this Hotel for ten nights Jan '24. Absolutely fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean, food was delicious, staff were amazing. Couldn't fault any aspect of our stay. Only minutes from the beach. Trying to book again for September/October but just a little out of our price range for 5 adults but like we always say, you pay for what you get. Dont let bad or negative reviews influence your decision not to stay here. I have seen this hotel in person and trust me. Its fabulous 👌

We are currently staying at this hotel, noise is minimal from work being done. Loads of sun beds available throughout the day. The staff work very hard , they keep the hotel spotless. Food in the restaurant has been great every day. Perfect location next to bars and restaurants. Was my wife’s birthday and they sent up some champagne which was a really nice gesture. Would 100 % return to this hotel.

I spent 1 week with a good friend in this hotel, amenities were amazing, clean, good food, great position in the area. But the best part of the hotel was the entertainment, absolutely incredible bunch of people friendly fun and engaged. Special thanks to Katalin, Samira, David and in particular the amazing and so much fun Viki. Thank you to all the bar staff in the evenings for making our nights so fun, Arlette and Ruth great cocktails. the only negative was a guy in the restaurant asking for reviews, not what we would normally listen to, but the rest speaks for itself!
