Pelit Troya Hotel

The personnel was nice but the room was awful. The bad had a covered hole, the towels look very old, a very small room.

The owners were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Lovely property in the heat of Canakkale. I recommend!

we had a wonderful 3 night stay at this family owned and operated hotel . Location was excellent..waterfront less than 2 minutes walk. Breakfast was more than adequate and included in the nightly fee. We were assisted with booking our tour to Gallipoli and were recommened a place for dinner. Thank you all for a wonderful stay..we would stay again if ever back in Canakkale

The hotel has no parking and it is a real story to find a parking space. Not recommended to all friends. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired.To avoid. The rooms were paid and due to the fact that we found private parking, we had to leave, but the money was not returned

The hotel location is excellent, close to the ferryboat and the seaside walk, with plenty of restaurants around. I celebrated my wedding at Çanakkale and me and my guests were in this hotel. And they all have good things to say about it. First and most importantly, the staff. They are absolutely awesome people. We went there every day, were greeted with a smile. Genuine interest on knowing us and shared experiences. We stayed 5 nights and then a couple extended for another week. On the owner's invite, we watched Portugal - Turkey with a good amount of fairplay :) The hotel management is fairly new, the hotel has been revamped. Although around it is a busy area outside, you don't actually hear it inside the rooms. Rooms vary in dimensions, but all of them had a working air conditioning, the shower was absolutely great ( great water pressure, quick warm water) , and everything worked in the room. We stayed at the 401 which had the emergency exit, so it is important to have that extra care - no noise or cold coming from the door by the way. Breakfast was good, and tasty. We had an issue in one night were some people fell asleep, but left the "radio" on shouting. Complaint at the reception, was promptly sorted out. It is definitely an experience to repeat and visit back our new friends. For the price they charge and the service quality they provide in their habilities, it is very very good. They do the extra mile. Also Muzaffer ( Pelit Family ) speaks perfect english and helped our guests a lot. Really enjoyed the experience.

Visit the lovely, historic and bustling seaside town of Canakkale. When there stay at Ataol Troya Hotel. It's a very quiet, clean and professionally run Hotel with friendly helpful staff. The room was very clean, modern, comfortable and great price.It included mini fridge, color tv, heat/ac and very nice bathroom in addition to a cabinet for hanging clothes. Sliding glass doors with small balcony is lovely. The view of the Harbor from the dining area on the top floor was stunning! Boats and ships of all kinds silently ply the Dardenelles at your doorstep. Breakfast included in the cost is a delicious buffet of many food choices and varies from day to day. Canakkale is a bright bustling tow with dozens of small waterfront cafes, restaurants, bars and individually owned small specialty shops which makes shopping a delight. Ferriboats, buses with excellent service abound as well as very reasonably priced travel agencies and helpful tourist information office. The town is quite historically interesting yet very modern..there are museums..sidetrips to Islands offshore and tours of famous sites such as: Troy and Gallipoli. This was my first solo trip very recently in October 2021 and I would highly recommend Ataol Troya Hotel and The City of Canakkale. You won't be disappointed. Steve C. Los Angeles, CA.
