Hotel bom e confortável, mas carece de atenção na MANUTENÇÃO das suítes. Como estava com esposa e PET, a ÚNICA OPÇÃO disponível era OBRIGATORIAMENTE a suíte com banheira no SEGUNDO ANDAR. Isso não é informado na ficha do hotel no APP. Como dizia PET FRIENDLY, eu fiz uma reserva em apt casal (sem banheira) e tive que CANCELAR para REFAZER A RESERVA. Mas isso eu SÓ SOUBE QUANDO LIGUEI PARA O HOTEL PARA CONFIRMAR A RESERVA ! Cancelei, e fiz uma nova reserva na SUÍTE CASAL COM BANHEIRA. Quando minha esposa foi usar a banheira, começou a VAZAR ÁGUA EM TODO O BANHEIRO, obrigando a PARAR DE USAR e solicitar uma TROCA DE QUARTO… Só que NÃO TINHA MAIS SUÍTE COM BANHEIRA no segundo andar (único “andar pet”… nunca vi isso). Solução ? Ou passar para um APT 2 CAMAS SOLTEIRO (nunca trocaria uma cama king por 2 de solteiro) ou DEIXAR O HOTEL. Não me ofereceram mais opções. Então EU QUE TIVE QUE PERGUNTAR QUAL OUTRA SOLUÇÃO. Desligaram e me retornaram 10 minutos depois. Não iria sair às 20:00 da noite para procurar outro hotel, então tive que ficar e CONVIVER COM O PROBLEMA. O hotel se limitou a dar de ”cortesia” a diária pet (75,00). Não gostei mas não tinha o que fazer. Prós: - cama king maravilhosa - travesseiros maravilhosos - ar condicionado excelente - rede Wi-Fi boa - chuveiro bom (que TAMBÉM VAZOU ÁGUA NO BANHEIRO) - café da manhã muito bom - localização em área nobre da cidade Contras: - falta JOGO DE CINTURA PARA RESOLVER PROBLEMAS - banheiro SEM NEMHUMA MANUTENÇÃO Lamentável.

The rooms were big and great. You had a lounge area and then the bedroom. Great big comfortable bed with a balcony. The breakfast wasn't great. Some staff speak English. It's a good location, not far from Centro. Next to a nice little park where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings. A supermarket is next door to the hotel on the corner. I'd stay there again.

ผผู้เข้าพักโรงแรมเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีสําหรับทําเลที่ตั้งและในด้านสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกที่เสนอ พนักงานเอาใจใส่แต่ไม่สะดุดตา ขอร้องขอของฉันตอนเช็คอินและเช็คเอ้าท์ (ไม่มีอะไรถามเรื่องสําคัญแต่ยังเอาจุดดีๆ) อาหารเช้ามีน้อยแต่มีความหลากหลายโดยรวมดีผลิตภัณฑ์สดและยังมีให้เลือกแบบโคเชอร์,lac-free ความสะอาดอยู่ในจุด Wi-fi มีตัวเลือกฟรีซึ่งบางครั้งก็ขัดจังหวะแต่ก็เพียงพอต่อการใช้งานปกติ ห้องน้ําขนาดกําลังดี ความดันอาบน้ําดีและอุณหภูมิตั้งตาม าก ได้ห้องพักด้านซ้ายไกลของโรงแรมจึงมีอีกตึกอยู่ตรงหน้าไม่รบกวนผมแต่ก็เป็นสิ่งที่ต้องคํานึงถึง บริเวณใกล้เคียงดูน่าอยู่พอสมควรถ้าไม่ว่างไปหน่อยตลอดทั้งกลางวันและกลางคืน

ผผู้เข้าพักIt was my first time at this hotel. I would stay again but would like to give advice to the manager and staff. The hotel is in an excellent location. I used to live in Campinas for more than 20 years, and was back after 5 years to visit. I can say that the hotel is walking distance from many things. As a market, pharmacies, restaurants, Giovanetti and also the center of Campinas. My only issue was with the breakfast. On the two days that I went for coffee around 9am, there was no bread and cold cuts, until I left at almost 10am, they had not replaced. This left me a little disappointed. I even asked a staff, but even so it was not replaced. Another thing, when we were having breakfast, a staff was putting the dishes in place, but there was a lot of noise of plates, glasses and cutlery. Things that bother you mainly in the morning. Another thing was the person above our room, 2am walking with high hills and stomping their feet.

Contratei o pacote mensal do flat. Disse que iria trabalhar em home office e que precisava de tranquilidade. Infelizmente, foi tudo o que não tive ! A acústica do prédio é muito ruim. A vizinha da frente tinha um cachorro que não parava de latir. Reclamei na recepção mas o funcionário foi muito grosso comigo e não resolveu o problema. Para piorar a situação, a noite, o vizinho do lado arrastava móveis e jogava objetos no chão ! A academia é muito fraca. Quase não tem aparelhos. E quando tentei usar a lavanderia do prédio foi um transtorno. A região não tem atrativos e é muito perigosa. Enfim, não recomendo nem para um fim de semana !

GGuaturaสําหรับคนที่รู้จักแคมเปญนิส: ทําเลดี ใกล้ถนนและศูนย์กลาง ส่วนคนที่ไม่รู้จักแคมเปญ : อยู่ในที่ที่อันตราย เสี่ยงต่อการเดินคนเดียว อพาร์ทเม้นใหม่ ตกแต่งใหม่หมด แค่ไม่ชอบประตูห้องน้ําซึ่งเป็นกระจก อาหารเช้าดี ผมอ่านรีวิวลบบ้างและคิดว่ามันเก่า.. ก็ได้แม้กระทั่งไข่เจียวเย็นเค้ก น้ําผลไม้ ผลไม้ ชนิดเดียว ซีเรียล ผลไม้ ฯลฯ เหมือนโรงแรมทั่วๆ ลบสองข้อคือ 1) ที่จอดรถ ความจริงไม่มีให้ มีที่ว่างอยู่หน้า รร ประมาณ 4 หรือ 5 ตัว ไม่เพียงพอสําหรับห้องพัก ข้อเสนอแนะของผม : มาก่อนประมาณ 12 แล้วเดินตรงกลางจน check in.. นี้คือวิธีประหยัดเงินกับการจอดรถของฝ่ายที่สาม 2) เวลาเช็คอิน 14 ชั่วโมง! มันดึกเกินไป 1 เนื่องจากทางออก 11.. ห้องพักขนาดเล็กไม่ต้องใช้เวลามากในการทําความสะอาดที่ยังไม่ลงตัวเลยแม้แต่น้อย ผมขอดูข้อเสนอของคณะกรรมการ เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมใหม่ สําหรับการช่วยเหลือทางการเงินของชุมชน
