The staff and food in the restaurant were fine but the food took ages to arrive and the salad wasn't great. Too much oil.
The tempurature in swimming pool wasn't great. A little chilly.
The room was fine.
Still, I'd return next time

Save your back, money and works and just book elsewhere. The Anchor Inn and Suites is outdated, uncomfortable and some of the staff, unprofessional.

Great view from the lounge and restaurant but it closes too early --8:30pm for a lounge is too early.

Everything about this place was excellent. The staff were amazing and friendly. Only complaint I have is about the Continental breakfast. I know it was off-season but it was pretty pathetic and not worth $8.99 and should be advertised as $8.99 where I come from continental breakfast this means free. Was not impressed with getting an $8.99 bill for a couple cold waffles I had to toast to heat up. At saying that I would definitely stay there again.

This is the third time we have stayed in this wonderful hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful and we have not experienced one single issue with this hotel!

The place is quiet and on the ocean. It is close to town. The driveway to the back is steep.
