É um hotel que tem boas acomodações, e fica em frente ao rio Coreau, e a Ilha do Amor, próximo do centro, e da balsa que leva a ilha e a Jericoacoara. A visão é belíssima. Fica do lado do calçadão dos barcos de pesca, que tem um movimento intenso e muito interessante , você pode apreciar as atividades de saída e chegada de pescadores.
