El hotel impecable, la comida buena y de variedad, habitación limpia, cómoda y con detalles. El personal muy amables. Lo único el spa q se paga aparte y la mitat de chorros no funcionaban

Cet hôtel se situe à Cambril dans le quartier de vilafortuny. Vous êtes à côté de Salou à pied et en bus (un arrêt de bus juste devant l’hôtel, achetez une carte de bus rechargeable dans les agences bus plana, le ticket vous revient 3 fois moins cher).
Au niveau des chambres le ménage est fait tous les jours et proprement. On entend pas mal les voix dans les couloirs et si vous êtes juste en haut de la salle de fête , vous pouvez entendre du bruit lors des soirées. Quand vous êtes k.o ça passe sinon prévoyez des boules caisses.
De ce qui est du petit déjeuner c’est vraiment un 10/10 ! Beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts. Le buffet du soir lui aussi c’est un 10/10 , énormément de plats et desserts pour le prix de 15€ par personne.
J’ai testé la salle de sport , petite mais génial avec les machines de base et mêmes des altères.
Et pour terminer l’accueil était plus ou moins bien. Enfin au Check-in l’hôtesse était un peu froide et pas très polie. Mais d’autres hôtes et hôtesses sont biens.
Vous pouvez louer des vélos à l’hôtel pour 9€ la journée (testé mais pas approuvé donc une hôtesse nous a fait un geste commerciale). Sinon louer juste à quelques pas de l’hôtel pour à peu près la même somme.

First time visiting this hotel and most likely the last time too. Food is bland and very repetitive. Staff at the restaurant are not happy at all and the young lady serving the omelettes and toast in the mornings is miserable and clearly should look for another job. The only few waiters that make an effort are clearly Bilal and Beatriz. They serve with a smile and are polite too unlike the rest of the waiters who are at times rude too. The restaurant Manager Manuel and Magdalena at least compensate for this behaviour as they are both nice. Entertainment is very poor considering this is a huge hotel. No effort at all and the waiters behind the bar downstairs are also miserable . I actually even mentioned this to them! Having said this, we would like to thank Elena the cleaner as even though language was a barrier, she was happily cleaning away and also extremely polite. She is a role model for all cleaners! Thank Elena. Additionally and finally, thanks to Vasily at the reception but apart from that, the receptionists are miserable too. For these reasons, we will not revisit nor recommend. We have been to Salou plenty of times and never experienced such unhappy staff!

A really nice hotel. The staff are good the food is excellent, (on a half board basis). Rooms good, not overly large with a relatively small balcony. It did give a nice view of the sea front though !. Pool area ok but you could get away from it with beds to the front of the hotel. Little get up in the middle of the night and book your sunbeds thankfully, alway plenty available so no problem with that. Got a free spa ticket and would really recommend using this facility. However the staff member running the facility spent nearly all her time on her mobile and spoke little english, not very helpful. The gym was ok (if thats your thing) but too many damaged pieces of kit, did report but nothing happened. Minor points and all in all would recommend. Bus stop outside the hotel for trips to Salou (30 minute walk), Cambrils (45 minutes), Tarragona, and Reus. Get a travel card for 10 euros, well worth it from Plana just up the road, works out really cheap. Finally the animation team, especially the aqua fit guy was excellent as my wife would confirm !!.

Beautiful hotel , very good food . Right in the beach . Clean and comfortable. Very nice staff in the restaurant. The reception staff could have been nicer and with some questions at check in I felt I was getting in the receptionist nerves . Supermarket next door . Bus stop outside . This is my second time at this hotel and I’ve already booked my next trip back .

Paid on arrival for a frontal sea view, this was lovely! Room small, shower facilities were very good. Upgrade gave access to the Sky Bar, this was misleading as there was no bar, worse was that the toilet facility was a portaloo that didn't flush, had no tissue or hand-wash basin. Seating at the Sky bar was excellent, address the negatives mentioned and you have a great facility with amazing views! Upgrade, also advised two complimentary treatments, this was actually access to their sauna and other parts of the spa! Treatments were in the region or 70€. On an excellent bus route to travel and explore other places. Plenty of variety at buffet tables. Staff in all areas were very friendly and professional.

Second visit and a third already booked for next year. This hotel is so worth it! From the moment you arrive you feel looked after. ALL the staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel itself is positioned right by the sea at the back and between Salou and Cambrils at the front. The bus stop is just right outside. Get a T card for travel. So much easier, cheaper and quicker than cash. Food is great. A great selection every day. We chose to have lunch rather than dinner which can be changed to suit. The room we stayed in was spotless, cleaned every day and fresh towels. We had 2 double beds in our room. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for being a great host.

very nice place to stay, eating was allright, look out from the sleeping room to the swimming pool and sea also like we wanted, on the roof very good + calm to relax (sunbeds and jaccuzi's), the weather was oke, and no problem at all for prolongation to get, so we decided to come back for next year(s)👍

A wonderful holiday experience. This was the 2nd time I have stayed here and recommend it for solo travellers, couples and families. I have felt safe and very comfortable. The buffet restaurant food is delicious. I would like to thank everyone in each department for their hospitality and kindness- the bar manager and his team, the restaurant manager and his team, the Animation team, the housekeeping ladies and there is a lovely hairdressing salon next door that I recommend. All staff in each department work very hard each day.Everyone is friendly. Muchas Gracias Best Maritim L X
