El hotel impecable, la comida buena y de variedad, habitación limpia, cómoda y con detalles. El personal muy amables. Lo único el spa q se paga aparte y la mitat de chorros no funcionaban

Cet hôtel se situe à Cambril dans le quartier de vilafortuny. Vous êtes à côté de Salou à pied et en bus (un arrêt de bus juste devant l’hôtel, achetez une carte de bus rechargeable dans les agences bus plana, le ticket vous revient 3 fois moins cher). Au niveau des chambres le ménage est fait tous les jours et proprement. On entend pas mal les voix dans les couloirs et si vous êtes juste en haut de la salle de fête , vous pouvez entendre du bruit lors des soirées. Quand vous êtes k.o ça passe sinon prévoyez des boules caisses. De ce qui est du petit déjeuner c’est vraiment un 10/10 ! Beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts. Le buffet du soir lui aussi c’est un 10/10 , énormément de plats et desserts pour le prix de 15€ par personne. J’ai testé la salle de sport , petite mais génial avec les machines de base et mêmes des altères. Et pour terminer l’accueil était plus ou moins bien. Enfin au Check-in l’hôtesse était un peu froide et pas très polie. Mais d’autres hôtes et hôtesses sont biens. Vous pouvez louer des vélos à l’hôtel pour 9€ la journée (testé mais pas approuvé donc une hôtesse nous a fait un geste commerciale). Sinon louer juste à quelques pas de l’hôtel pour à peu près la même somme.

Second visit and a third already booked for next year. This hotel is so worth it! From the moment you arrive you feel looked after. ALL the staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel itself is positioned right by the sea at the back and between Salou and Cambrils at the front. The bus stop is just right outside. Get a T card for travel. So much easier, cheaper and quicker than cash. Food is great. A great selection every day. We chose to have lunch rather than dinner which can be changed to suit. The room we stayed in was spotless, cleaned every day and fresh towels. We had 2 double beds in our room. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for being a great host.

very nice place to stay, eating was allright, look out from the sleeping room to the swimming pool and sea also like we wanted, on the roof very good + calm to relax (sunbeds and jaccuzi's), the weather was oke, and no problem at all for prolongation to get, so we decided to come back for next year(s)👍

A wonderful holiday experience. This was the 2nd time I have stayed here and recommend it for solo travellers, couples and families. I have felt safe and very comfortable. The buffet restaurant food is delicious. I would like to thank everyone in each department for their hospitality and kindness- the bar manager and his team, the restaurant manager and his team, the Animation team, the housekeeping ladies and there is a lovely hairdressing salon next door that I recommend. Lovely hotel, food good, rooms clean a bit small, pool area clean and plenty of room, staff pleasant. A bit quiet outside hotel but not far from busy part in salou. Entertainment was not that good for us but others may like it .Reception very helpful and informative.

On arrival we had to wait 5hrs until our room was ready after travelling since 2am from the UK. We then got given a tiny room which was t suitable for our needs as a family. We asked to upgrade however reception staff told us there was nothing available as the hotel was fully booked. Then after talks with the manager, something suddenly became available in the “fully booked” hotel. Location of the hotel is perfect and views from our room is stunning (we are still on our holiday). Food - the food needs MASSIVE improvement. Although there is a lot to choose from, it’s the same stuff every day. The food is stone cold by the time you get to your table. The rice I have had was not all cooked. I have suffered with a bad tummy (the poops a long with severe cramps) from the food and my 3 year old daughter is currently unwell (sickness) because of the food. (She is a picky eater, she also had a sickness bug 5 days prior to flying therefore we know it isn’t a bug she’s caught & it’s from the food). My parter has also had a bad belly from the food here two on day 2. Staff im the restaurant are lovely and polite. We came here with my disabled mother & elderly grandmother who were barged out of the way several times by rude guests. Cleanliness - the cleaners are very polite, rooms are cleaned every day which is good. Fresh towels daily & bins changed daily too, also rooms swept and mopped and beds made. Spa - the spa facilities are good they also provide two hours a day where kids can go into the pool which is nice as the pools outside are freezing but the spa one is heated. However the lady on the reception to the spa is very rude. Her customer service is shocking. Sky BAR - I am unsure why this is called a sky bar, when you have to go downstairs despite it being located on the rooftop, to get your drinks. You also have to pay €5 per person to get on there. The hot tubs are ice cold. But the views however are stunning. Would be nice to have a bar up there. ENTERTAINMENT - kids entertainment is fantastic the entertainers for the kids are an absolute credit to this hotel and why we have it the stars we did they get everyone involved a young woman & man. Views from hotel are amazing, With all this in mind we will not be returning to this hotel. Different entertainment every night which is fabulous. Such a beautiful hotel but needs a lot of improvement with this in mind we won’t be returning.

Ok, so we have been here before last September, and all was better than good The staff that welcome you at meal times are absolutely amazing kind and friendly the lady on eggs nicer this time and the chef on burgers average the older reception lady very nice As for the rest of them, wow, miserable rude and not at all welcoming (thinks it was because we were English) Younger reception staff need a lesson in customer service As do house keeping we said holla each morning but we're ignored she even took my key card for what reason I don't know I had to go to reception to get a new one without it I couldn't get electricity.. We were able to stay until 12 noon but from 9am house keeper kept knocking and walking in to our room Even thou I told her we were leaving at 12 Such a shame because the hotel is beautiful in a fabulous location and the food is fantastic so much choice and very delicious Due to the unwanted feeling we got this time around we've decided we won't return for a 3rd visit I'd rather spend my money in a hotel that makes you feel welcome Honestly, "Best" you really need to tackle your staffs attitude towards the Brits I heard loads of complaints regarding your hotels It's not gonna be good for your chain

Hotel was clean and well maintained, Good location- 1 hour steady pace to Cambrils and same to salou, Food was ok and good choice Rooms clean and quiet Drinks reasonably priced around €3.60 per pint Staff did struggle with English Hotel is on the beach and has lovely views of the sea, Evening meal buffet style €18 per person, it was ok and standard buffet food, nothing exciting Bus stop outside the hotel and a good service I would go back
