Гостиница в целом не плохая,кровати не очень удобные ,нет места где можно было бы высушить вещи ,завтраки ,так себе ,яйца,бекон,томат ,круасан ,лепи что получиться.Телевизор у меня не работал( без разницы,не особо озадачивался)звукоизоляция отстой в соседнем номере сморкаются я слышу)Воняет куревом ( не приятно)

all the spaces in the hotel are very clean. hotel is in a quiet area. hotel is close to restaurants and shops. the breakfast buffet is very nice with a lot of choice. the hotel has a cafetaria where you can get hot and cold drinks.

On the website it informs you that check in is in between 12 and 4. We arrived at 1.30 and told the room wasn’t ready and could we return in half an hour. We returned after 40 mins and the room still wasn’t ready!! We were then given a room but the cushions on the bed smelled absolutely awful. There were hairs in the bed and a hole in the bedsheet although the sheets appeared clean. In the bathroom there was no shower mat so we had to use a hand towel on the floor as it was dangerously wet from the shower spray. There were hairs on the bidet and there was a dead mosquito in the middle of the bathroom mirror. We are actually staying here tonight but never again.!!

On previous visits to Albir we had stayed at a seafront hotel and in a beautiful apartment. This time we stayed at Rober Palas on a cricket tour, as the hotel had been recommended by the local club. The location is good, in a quiet side street yet very close to Avenida Albir with its restaurants, and just about walking distance from the seafront. Check-in was quick (we arrived after the main group). However, when I saw the room, which was very basic, and the bathroom which was truly awful, I wanted to go elsewhere straight away. We stayed only because of the group. The room was extremely basic with virtually no amenities. The beds were not bad, though. The bathroom was a relic from the previous century. Getting in and out of bathtub (the shower was inside the tub) was quite hazardous, because of the design, and my partner slipped and fell on one occasion. The water temperature was extremely difficult to regulate, it was either boiling hot or very cold. The fittings on the tub were very shabby. And the provided 'toiletries' consisted of tiny sachets of the cheapest shower gel. The breakfast room was in the basement, and the buffet was at the low end of average. Not much choice for vegetarians, so we usually just had some muesli, a banana, and a slice of toast (or a croissant if they weren't stale). The coffee from the machine was pretty awful and watery, so I switched to tea. The staff were quite pleasant. The bar on the ground floor is pretty non-descript, service ok, nothing special, but there are some outdoor tables. I had been looking forward to the pool area which looked nice in the hotel photos but turned out to be a building site. I hope that has changed by now. After all this criticism I have to say, that prices were less than we had paid for the other hotel or the apartment. My expectations were probably too high, so taking into consideration that this is a budget place I have rated this hotel 'average' rather than 'poor'.

Great hotel - friendly helpful staff

HORRIBLE! NOS HAN DEJADO EN LA CALLE SIN PODER ENTRAR A DORMIR EN CASI DICIEMBRE! Estoy escribiendo esta reseña ahora mismo sentada en el coche mientras se hace la hora de ver que pasa mañana por la mañana.. a ver si puedo entrar al hotel a recoger mis cosas y poner una reclamación en toda regla. Nos alojamos en este hotel y cuando hemos llegado de cenar a la 1 de la mañana (ahora son las 3) nos hemos encontrado las puertas cerradas. Hemos llamado por teléfono, al timbre de la puerta, a la policía local y a la guardia civil porque no hay forma humana de acceder al interior del hotel y lo único que podemos hacer es dormir malamente en el coche ya que NO HAY NADIE en recepción a pesar de estar el monitor del PC encendido y nadie se puede responsabilizar de esto. Desde luego pienso poner una hoja de reclamaciones en consumo y espero no acatarrarme porque encima hoy hace un aire terrible y la sensación térmica es de mucho frío.Esto no tiene perdón. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Decepcionante y muy sucio ojo sabanas colchones y mantas, asi como paredes y baño, sucio no, lo siguiente y lleno de àcaros: pongo una estrella porque no me deja poner cero: 1.- Hacemos check-in de la noche, nos atiende un sr en recepción que se enfada literalmente porque a través de la web que hemos hecho la reserva le contabilizan al tercer ocupante de 17 años como un niño (error del hotel por no cargar bien en su channel manager ) pero la inconformidad era con nosotros. 2.- Habitación muy sucia con fuerte olor a perro, no lo entiendo, ya que tenía terraza y se puede ventilar perfectamente ( dejadez) 3.- Mantas en las camas que yo no le pondría ni a mi perro.( Las retiro) colchones imposibles, ni en un hospital de Centroamérica tienen estos colchones. 4.- Pelos negros largos en el suelo del baño, marcas marrones dentro de la taza de wc ( ni lo usamos ) oxido en la mampara de la bañera y en la grifería cal incrustada de años.... 5.-Paredes manchadas con resto de comida , borrones negros, mosquitos estampados en la pared con su sangre en ella (asqueroso) eso se pinta o se limpia con un paño con lejía) 6.- Nos metemos en la cama sobre las 24.30,( solo con las sabanas) y a los 15 minutos mi marido completamente brotado de alergia a los ácaros, a lo que revisamos los colchones... manchados de todo, y no entraré en detalles porque era un horror. 7.- Había tal concentración de ácaros que era imposible respirar, tuvimos que salir los tres a la terraza porque no parábamos de toser, y decidimos marcharnos del hotel. A la 1 am estábamos recogiendo nuestras cosas y después de interponer una hoja de reclamaciones, enseñar las fotos de lo vivido allí al recepcionista, e invitarle a que viera la habitación 104, y nos dijera si tendría el valor de dormir ahí, a lo que respondió que NO rotundamente, nos marchamos sin haber podido descansar absolutamente nada. Este hotel era de paso, ya que veníamos de estar una semana en un hotel de la costa del sol en el cual a pesar de tener 3 estrellas también, la limpieza era perfecta. Vergonzoso que sanidad permita semejante suciedad y no por falta de instalaciones, sino por dejadez y no querer renovar ropa de cama, colchones y mantas, usar lejía o dar una capa de pintura antes de iniciar una temporada de semana santa. Vamos a llegar hasta el final con esta reclamación, ya no por el coste en si de la noche, que no superaba los 120 euros, sino por que después de llevar 6 horas al volate y hacer parada técnica para descansar, no pudimos , y seguimos conduciendo 5 horas más de madrugada hasta llegar a casa. Y tras esperar dos días alguna reacción por parte del hotel, al menos una disculpa, han pasado de todo. Adjunto fotos. NI SE OS OCURRA IR A ESTE HOTEL DE VERDAD!! adjunto fotos!! Precio calidad correcto con un buen desayuno e instalaciones correctas

Habitaciones espaciosas y limpias, camas cómodas, atención del personal buena, a menos de 10 minutos andando de la playa. Todo bastante bien, aunque necesitaría un lavado de cara la zona de la piscina
