Um serviço de excelência, a comida da melhor qualidade o paladar é incrível. As acomodações passaram por reformas e ficaram ainda mais aconchegante ! Os proprietários nos recepcionam na entrada. Eles são super educados, cordiais. Os funcionários nos tratam com muito respeito.

Que delícia de experiência! Acomodação super confortável, atendimento excelente, comida maravilhosa e com uma grande variedade de opções, bebidas diversas e drinks deliciosos. Piscinas aquecidas, espaço kids e diversas opções de laser. Super indico. Voltarei novamente com toda certeza 😉

Tudo ok, venho todos os anos no taiyo, limpeza impecável, higiene absoluta, local tranquilo pra família, excelente hotel para quem procura descansar, muito frequentado por famílias com crianças e pessoal da terceira idade, quartos grandes,alimentação variada,hotel tranquilo sem barulho.

-Equipe bem receptiva, gentis e preparados. -Quartos limpos, organizados, ar condicionado Split, cobertor, 2 travesseiros pra cada um. -troca da água das piscinas diariamente - comida muito bem feita - ambiente tranquilo - excelente organização

Atendimento maravilhoso, a limpeza é impecável, tanto no quarto quanto nas áreas de convivência, o lugar mais incrível que já nos hospedamos aqui em Caldas. A comida no buffet é muito bem feita, cheio de opções. Os funcionários são todos muito educados e eficientes, sempre nos tratando com sorrisos.

Quarto limpo e arrumado, comida maravilhosa, pessoal prestativo e eficientes, o sistema de som não agride, estacionamento seguro, piscinas limpas diariamente, ambiente familiar, bar molhado, sala de jogos, quadras de tênis, recreação para crianças.

Hotel maravilho, muitas dinâmicas, karaokê e entre outras coisas, passeio inesquecível que tive com minha família , e a família taiyo fez com que esse fim de semana fosse mais incrível do que esperávamos, muito obrigado a todos que nos receberam do hotel, voltaremos em breve !
