Vila Goesa Beach Resort

Highlights : 1. The place is at a very prime location and you can find the best bar, restaurant, shopping stores etc . 2. The beach is hardly 3-4 minutes walk with a dedicated path way for people staying at the resort. 3. Rooms are also clean and spacious ! 4. Swimming pool looked ok as we did not use this facility. 5. Swiggy and Zomato delivers to this location, so you need not worry about the limited or NO breakfast option at the resort. 6. Limited parking space[ if you are visiting on weekends ] and you will be directed to an empty space behind the resort. We had parked two cars for three days and did not see any problem or may be we were just lucky ;) Lowlights: Mr Lawrence will spoil all the pros of this resort and my suggestion for the ***agement is to make him attend few classes on hotel ***agement and customer interaction. He makes the check-in process so slow and finds ways to charge you extra. During check-out, I was asked to pay additional amount [ which I did not after losing my patience and raise my voice a bit ] for my 11 year old kid for whom I had already payed while booking the place via MMT. This additional charge was never discussed during check-in or during our 3 nights stay at the resort.

Untrained hotel supervisor even ignore guest & their query, Bad odour coming from room , No restaurant facility also do not arrange food & ask guest to ***age by themselves . No kid playing area or indoor game, Poor maintenance of pool & kids pool area.

Dont stay here. All the negative reviews are true. Its the worst experience possible. I was just unfortunate to stay here for one night on a last minute plan during a long weekend and this was the only last minute option to stay. This hotel should be shut down - its a very dark spot on Goa's Tourism landscape 1. Filthy rooms 2. AC's dont work 3. Rude and lying / dishonest front office staff - denied that had spoken to me over phone to confirm room and started overcharging during check in taking advantage of a customers situation 4. Even 2 bottles of water in the room are charged and not free 5. No room service 6. No house keeping 7. No tea coffee sachets in rooms - they have kettles but without chords - maybe you can use them to have a bath in the bucket 8. No restaurant 9. Its bascially a shack and worn out rooms put together in the middle of a Garden with no staff
