Don't book this hotel they do not have ac room in the hotel but they take booking of that. Very bad hotel and the lady on reception will tell you ac is getting repaired till then take non ac room but the fact is they do not have ac room.

Hello mmt/future patrons, i booked this hotel which is on calangute to baga road for a two days ***** with my friends. It was our first time visit to goa, which went into rainfall and totally washed out. Due to cyclone or unpredictable climate changes the hotelier could have given options like change of dates or cancellations. However there was no such choices provided by them, due to which we were forced to go there or else completely waste our booking amount. Moreover we complained couple of more concerns with the hotel people, for which the response was to adjust with the situations. 1. Ac was not properly working - it’s an issue from electrician department, please adjust was the response given. 2. No hot water or geyser availability - hot water boiler is not working, please adjust was their response. 3. Neatness issues (cockroaches and bees) - we will check for another room, if available you change. Finally there was no other room provided and the same comment came “please adjust” i won’t prefer this hotel for stay in future and won’t recommend for families, business individuals & friends as well.

wash room mai se bad-boo aa rahi thi towel or bister b hut gande or daagdar thy. Bidiyo k tukde pde thy bad-boo aa rahi thi humne b hut mushkil se whoa rat kaati very bad experience.

The hotel had no restaurant facility. Even for a cup of tea, we had to go out of the hotel. Cleanliness-0, washroom was to bad, room was stinking, breakfast was not given, airport transfer discount was not given. Horrible stay experience

Firstly, when we arrived, our checkin was delayed by two ours and later on after two hours, we were informed that the only room available was an non ac room, whereas we paid for ac. Secondly, the hotel rooms are though spacious, but are not at all clean, the pillows were dirty and without pillow covers, and when we asked for pillow covers, we were told that the laundry has not come yet, so we will have to wait till the next day, again the bathroom was not clean, there were a lots of cockroaches in the room, the fridge was not working. And the hotel staff did not seemed to be bothered by any of our complaints. We needed a water bottle, which we'd been asking since the checkin, we did not get any, and when we called the number provided by mmt, the owner was so rude to as us to ckeckout at 11 pm in the night (we had to call the number because there was no one available at the reception and we were not provided with any other alternative number. When we hung up, the owner called us the next minute asking that check out kyu nag i kara ab tab, and when we asked for a refund, he said aap bas checkout karo. There were literally stains on the walls of the room as well.

Not maintained at all, fungus in room, flush not working, pool not cleaned since last year, linen not washed. We checked out after 1 day without refund (as mm t and the owner refused to cancel booking and refund for the 2nd day. We had booked for 2 days.

Simple as not good stay worst. Not worth for money we could have taken stay for rs stay locally which we get in goa. Which was much better

There were crockroch in room. There was no dental kit, towel mini fridge etc which they describe in there aminities. Kitchen was also not clean. Need to work on cleanliness.

kindly find the list is complaints i have and i have faced with my stay :- 1. Rude behaviour of manager and no customer centric approach. 2. Frequent power failure. 3. Muddy swimming pool. 4. Pest around the hotel rooms. 5. No tea/ coffee served in the room. 6. No hot cattle. 7. Breakfast on roof top of terrace with crows and cats around. 8. 1 common bed shared by 4 people in 2 rooms. 9. Frequent cut of electricity at early morning 10. Water supply shortage ; sunddenly the tap water stops … 11. Will suggest no one should stay 12. Don’t offer the room ; they abruptly said o even though u booked 5 room we have only 3 rooms available .

Dont be fooled by the photos - amazing photos taken by the world's best photographer. This is a 14 hour review upon checking into this hotel after multiple sorries said by senior staff (excusable) and shouting by a junior staff at me for asking for electricity and breakfast (inexcusable) Avoid this hotel at all costs!! No electricity, no food, no staff, no security, no working telephone connections, under construction hotel taking live bookings. So I checked in yesterday. My cab stopped in front of the hotel because Google maps asked it to stop. I tried looking for the name of the hotel but could not find and then I see a 6 ft gully going inside where a very shady blue neon bagatel sign is present. There is no way the cab could have dropped me in the very beautifully photographed facade. I enter into a very small reception. The whole hotel is reeking of the smell of paint. The staff appears confused on which room to give me. They fuss amongst themselves and decide a room. The single support guy present in the hotel takes me to a room and opens the door without knocking and there is someone in the room!!!!! (huge security issues) They give me another room. The moment the support guy walks out, the electricity goes away for 30 minutes. Since then the electricity went away last night when I came back and all of this morning for 4 hours!!!!!! I am not sure how many of us can live without electricity, I cannot and definitely not on a workation. Going back in time, upon checkin, the room is ready as per the hotel standards, but the following is missing - 1. Water bottles (yet to arrive 14+ hours after checkin 2. Soap dispenser not working (medicine soap bar provided as alternative) 3. Dirty bathroom (cleaned upon multiple requests) 4. No towels provided - no concept of hand/face towels at all (they all looked at me as if I had asked for the stars to be brought down) 5. No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room (broken kettle and only coffee provided) 6. Trying to get hot water from shower (shower running for around 10 minutes now) 7. No shampoo/kit provided (had to ask for it) 8. Paint smell (not safe for anyone with asthma/respiratory conditions)

No parking, no hot water for bath, no intercoms. Very messy things around. Hotel is on very busy roadside. Pub on ground floor instead of parking

The hotel is located fine. Both calangute and baga beaches are at a walkable distance. The breakfast buffet given at the 3rd floor/rooftop of the hotel was modest at best. Not many optio the bed coverings looked old and made us question its hygiene. We were told that we could rent a scooty from the premises which we did and the vehicle was horrible. The maintenance and thus every-time we slowed down, the vehicle stopped. When complained about it at the end of the day the guy who owns the rental/scooty from which the hotel got it spoke very aggressively. The hotel did nothing to negotiate or rectify the situation. Bad experience.
