เช็คอินไม่เป็นมืออาชีพและเครียดกับการรอคิว ทำเลที่ตั้งรวมอยู่ในคอมเพล็กซ์ WTC และในเขตทางเท้าที่สมบูรณ์แบบ สามารถเดินไปยังตลาดฮอลล์ พิพิธภัณฑ์ Maritim และสถานีรถไฟหรือสะพาน Erasmus ได้ บรรยากาศของโรงแรมเป็นแบบอินดัสเทรียล ทันสมัย และได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่ อาหารเช้าไม่ถูกแต่คุ้มกับราคา ห้องเล็กไปหน่อยแต่เรียบร้อยและสะอาด

Location was quite good, about 18 minutes from the Rotterdam Central Train Station. The room was modern and clean. Services were quite good. Breakfast was very good, but restaurant was far away from the hotel.

Everything is as per information, which is there on the website. Coffee machine in every room would have been nice. Breakfast spread is thin and Restaurant offering breakfast is not conveniently located. Cleanliness, Location and styling is really great. Reception is welcoming and supportive.

The location of the hotel is superb. Very near to everything. The room is clean. Worth place to consider especially if you have event in the WTC.

Hotel unable to accommodate change of date even several attempt due to unforseen circumstances. Hence not able to comment.

Nice design of the room and not small of the hotel room

The overall experience is great! No provision of toiletries but it’s ok. Location is great — 15min walk from rotterdam centraal station.

Hotel is fine , but the entry is bery unique , have to think twice from where to enter the hotel ,

The breakfast was good, the staff was. Very helpful

the bed is a little small, but hotel is so convenient, there are a lot of restaurants and bars around the hotel. There is a electronic kettle in the room.
