Had a great week after being a bit unsure due to some negative reviews. Needn't of worried at all! The hotel is great! We had 2 rooms, H06 and H10 as family with a 5 and 8 year old. Very clean and large rooms with comfy beds. Food was good and plenty of variety. Snack bar and pool bar was good. Claudia and Maria kept the children busy and were so friendly, they work so hard! Nice that a choice of pools, football pitch, volley ball, tennis, ping pong, darts, water polo, archery. Walked to the beach once but didn't feel need to leave the hotel. I asked our 5 year old if he coud think of anything to add and he said, we loved it! Would highly recommend it!

Had the best time. Myself and 20 year old daughter. Stayed in H Block. Wouldn't like to be any further up due to the amount of steps. Animation team !!!!! AMAZING. Maribel, Claudia and Maria. They made our holiday. We joined in with most activities. The energy these girls have never waivers, especially Maribel. Work their little socks off from morning til night. Food was hit and miss. Especially when both the restaurant and snack bar run out of chips. Restaurant could benefit from having a kids section. But it is a 2 star afterall. The girl on the snack bar is lovely and doesn't stop. The restaurant manager also was lovely. She always greeted us with a smile. Rooms are clean and tidy. Nice size balcony with great views. Ventured down the cala llonga beach a few times, beautiful. Not many bars or restaurants. Would definitely return

The apartment was dirty - fridge was rusty, under the bed had not been cleaned, there was a pair of socks left by a previous occupant that had not been removed and was never removed until I ended up disposing of them myself, there was a dreadful smell of damp, it was very cold on the first night and there was no blanket. There was dirt in and around the sliding doors. There was no bread knife, bread board, no cooking utensils at all for the self catering I booked for. The bar closed at midnight but residents, the worse for wear with drinking all day stayed on up to 2.30am shouting, singing and generally continued to be loud without any staff intervention. None! This happened virtually every night. The music started at 10am and continued non stop until midnight. The laundry van came and went every day and parked, in the interim, outside my balcony (I was on the ground floor (flatGV6) sometimes with the engine still running. I did ask to be moved but by the second night I had already been given a blanket after having to ask for one, the smell seemed to subside as I had the sliding doors open for fresh air (and was subject to the shouting etc as previously mentioned after midnight), it was warmer as I had the blanket and the noise on the second night did not seem so bad (or I had got used to it). I ended up putting on Spanish television all night long to drown out the noise outside. I therefore cancelled my request to move to another apartment. However it then got bad again and did not feel I could ask again to be moved so I didn't. However the noise and the filth ruined my holiday and I will never be back. I have told everyone I know about including my friend who live in Cala Llonga and will be putting a comment on Trip Advisor that this is the worse hotel I have even been to and I have been to in my life and I have been to many over the years.

Here now ,please help . The food is from a prison chef ,(I lmagine).the same boring bland and off putting food I've ever seen.the best food is at the snack bar ,cheapest ingredients. Rooms small and in need of a propper up grade .ants and cockroaches, hundreds of steps not joking ,blocks are over 5 or 6 different levels ,for the religious devil at the bottom god at the top ,if you on the top you'll probably meet him.animation team absolutely shocking ,they are really under staffed ,seen three of them the oldest of whom seems like an office worker whose been shoved ,couldn't organise the proverbial in a brewery.they don't talk to the guests to let them know what's going on they seem to just trust that people will remember the printed list in the hotel .what ever star rating this place is supposed to be it definitely isn't.kitchen staff need to cracked a smile occasionally, Hope they get parole soon.

Amazing 2 star hotel in great location 10 mins to the beach. A wide variety of food all fresh and hot. Drinks usual all inclusive standard in plastic cups. Accommodation newly renovated, clean and modern. Staff helpful and friendly. Pool area a little noisy at times but upper sun deck quiet with beautiful views.

Overall very good. We came for a 5 day trip. There are lots of negative comments about this hotel which I don’t think are fair. We read the reviews at the airport, not expecting much due to the price. However we were very pleasantly surprised. Yes there are lots of steps, so it wouldn’t be as suitable for those with disabilities. However the layout and the look of the hotel was very good. It’s almost like a little Greek village. The room was clean, beds comfy, air con good. The cleaners were lovely too. There are plenty of sun beds and seating area around the pool so never had an issue with getting a bed. There was always something to do in the evening. Typical all inclusive hotel entertainment but it was good all the same. The food and drinks were good and there was always plenty of selection (and healthy stuff too not just beige). They were sometimes understaffed at the pool bar but either way I was happy to wait in the sun for a drink. The town Cala Llonga is only a short walk away, 10 minutes at max. A small hill on the way up but really nothing too strenuous at all, not like what some of the comments say anyway. There’s shops, bars/restaurants and a beach there too if you like to go out. Ibiza town was only a 30 minute bus journey away, costing €3 each adult. We didn’t go out other than that because we didn’t want to but there was definitely excursion opportunities if you wanted them. Overall for the price we paid, it was very good and we are satisfied.

Food was nice, hotel and facilities very clean, room was dated but cleaned daily, wasn’t expecting much as it’s a two star. Staff pleasant and we got a late check out. The hotel is on a steep hill but only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The views from the hotel are nice, plenty of sunbeds.

Just home from a week staying in this hotel, check in was quick and the reception staff were lovely and welcoming, our room was A06 so we didn’t have a lot of stairs to climb, the room was perfect for just the 2 of us, the bed was very comfortable, it was clean, we don’t really spend a lot of time in the room really, the pool area is very clean, there was never an issue with getting a sun lounger, the pool bar was well stocked and open from 10am as was the snack bar. The food was nice, there was not loads to choose from, but what was there was well cooked and tasty, lots of lovely salad and fruit. The entertainment people worked hard and done a good job and we found all the staff friendly and pleasant, for it being a 2 star hotel they do a great job. The hill is quite steep to get to the hotel. This hotel was just what we needed for a lovely relaxing week
