MELIÁ Cala Galdana

房間不大，海景很美的！check in前台的紅髮小姐姐，講解很耐心很nice，每個事項都講得很詳細！給我們初到酒店的印象特別好！包括後來訂boat trip和去機場taxi，整個前台團隊都很積極專業！特別特別要強調錶揚的是底樓 cape nao的餐廳接待Manuela美女，她太好了，非常熱心有活力！幫我們找好的就餐位置，還詢問我們就餐冷不冷，需不需要披肩！她瞭解女生喜歡拍照，還幫我們預留第二天晚餐海景餐位！真的太感動了！整個心都被治癒了！

酒店離海灘非常近，房間景色很好，也非常乾淨整潔。早餐豐富多樣，非常好吃，而且能在餐廳看到大海，景色宜人。前台人員服務態度很好，非常推薦前往

My Sister and myself booked a week half board after visiting the hotel when we stayed locally 2 years previously. We had a a surprise company from our nieces for the 3 final days. We read all the reviews prior to our holiday but we went with a positive attitude. We met quite a few people who had returned a few times but obviously it’s not these people who write the reviews. The hotel is lovely. The rooms not big but adequate. No horrible smells in ours or the corridors or lifts which we had read on previous reviews. Could not fault the staff from reception to managers to the chamber staff all were keen to serve and obviously different personalities. I’d like to mention especially Juanita always smiling and restaurant manager Maurkio who went above and beyond to make our experience lovely and not forgetting Able! But we felt no negativity to any of the staff. All did their jobs professionally and we never felt uncomfortable. The level sunbathing area and pool was lovely we got a free pass to experience. No one bothered us. I suppose someone could have offered to fetch drinks etc but we prefer being left alone. We thought the main pool was fabulous with a bar and hot tubs. We only wished we had studied the activities offered but we had a lovely relax. Entertainment was subtle. The bars around the hotel were OK and we had no bad experience with any of them but we were determined to enjoy every minute of our well earned break. We would love to return.

Avoid the hotel beach bar! We were visiting friends here and accounted an incredibly rude member of staff called ‘Jakub’. He was determined not to get our orders right, was unfriendly to the point of aggressive, and then shouted at us as though it was our fault that he was making mistakes. Tried speaking both English and Spanish to him but neither seemed to suit. Very upsetting experience and will not be staying at this hotel or using there services if this is the standard of their service. What a shame as a beautiful location.

Fantastic situation almost on the beach. Rather a large Hotel but didn't feel there were too many people there. Maybe in the height of the season would be rather busy especially in the buffet restaurant. Rooms and bathroom a good size. Very comfortable and quiet. Twin beds pushed together so didn't feel it was anything like the size of a king size bed which is usually found in a 5* hotel. Ensure to get a room overlooking the beach and ocean - superb view. Buffet food in the evening mainly very good however on occasions they let themselves down and the food didn't appear to look very fresh or appetizing. Breakfast was excellent. There was always something for everyone with different tastes for both meals. Staff in the restaurant usually very good however felt some were in need of extra training. Special mention and thanks to Mauricio - the Bearded Wonder!! Also to lovely Carla who made sure everyone had enough food eg the best Carrot Cake ever!! AND not forgetting Juanita and Abel who were always happy to help. The Hotel itself in some aspects requires some TLC. There will will plenty of 5* hotels on Menorca offering better service etc than the Melia but they will not enjoy the beautiful views which the Melia has.

Junior suite 4th floor, The Level. Stunning views over the cala. Calm (despite of not being an adults only hotel). Very clean. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Concierges, waiters/tresses. room, luggage. Morning breakfast from the 8th floor is a great way to begin the day. Drinks and snacks during the day are a plus worth living. Room was spacious although could deserve a sun shade on the terrace. Restaurant was OK, but better is the chiringuito that belongs to the hotel on the beach. Sun set is fantastic and service is friendly and not expensive for good food. In general, congratulations!

Thank You so much to Tomás (Mielgo) and the amazing team at the Melia for another wonderful stay !! This hotel feels like our home from home we have been visiting for the past 30 years and every time it just keeps getting better and better. It is so lovely to still see familiar faces in the hotel especially Tomas he really knows how to look after us and we are treated like Melia family. This hotel is a very special place The view, the staff, the rooms, the kids club (my daughter requesting to go twice a day) , the amazing breakfast, everything is wonderful and although we travel to other destinations nothing compares to the Melia Cala Galdana. We can’t wait to be back soon!

Another superb family holiday at this wonderful hotel . The views are breathtaking and the staff so friendly . A big thankyou to Thomas for looking after us all . The beach bar is now owned by the hotel which serves some great cocktails along with some lovely food . We shall be back soon . And thankyou again.

Melia Cala Galdana never disappoints! Every time you go there you don’t want to come back home. The Level experience is fantastic from check in, staff at reception are brilliant. I would like to thank all the Level staff specially to Ruben Romero for being so friendly and welcoming all time. Room and facilities as always spotlessly clean. Thank you all for an amazing stay and will hopefully see you soon!
