Alua Suites Las Rocas

交通實在是有點不便，讓酒店幫忙打車到calo de moro，等車等了倆小時，但是是旅遊旺季可以尊重但不理解:-P總體來説挺好的，南北走路十分鐘左右各到一個海灣。酒店的buffet真的很好吃，我怒吃！除了要提早約好車，最好是包車，其他沒什麼缺點。

A great 4 star hotel ! Pros- Stunning location- really can’t beat the views Great choice of food and drinks with plenty of options to eat out close by if you want to Well maintained grounds and Spanish style apartments Great daily house keeping Cons- Some areas of pool and park could do with deep clean Once hotel was at full capacity, kitchen struggled to meet breakfast demands with key essentials running out- butter, break, OJ and big queues for restaurant at peak times Kids club/ mini disco hit or miss (although outside acts were good especially Motown) Cala Egos and Cala D’Or are stunning. I would return.

Well what can I say, just come back from staying at this wonderful hotel. I struggled to see where people got bad reviews from?!?! From the moment we arrived we was welcomed, given a free upgrade to room with sea view (Room was A316). We got a bottle of cava complimentary as it was my partners birthday. The room its self was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. The complex was extremely clean and always enough loungers around family pool and adult only pool so no need to panic. Pool bar was well stocked with all drinks you could possibly think of and Cocktail of the day is definitely one to try!. Entertainment was varied but I don't recall one particular one I thought wasn't worth a watch. Now, food.......OMG if you can't find something to eat from the choices given then its you that has something wrong, they give so much choice and it's all delicious depending on your pallet and taste. All in all we loved our first visit and will be back. Xx

It was a very fun trip, the people were very nice and made it a unforgettble experience. The lunches were later in the day and the dinners came a lilttle to early but otherwise everything was clean and very nice

Just back from a week here, Its a lovely location on top of the cliffs, we wanted a quiet stay so the location was perfect for us, but you do have to walk a substantial distance to the marina / Cala D’or or get a taxi.. we enjoyed the stroll and the cliff top location was perfect. The staff are great, the adults pool area is perfect you wouldn’t know there were any kids as their area is around the block .. The food is above average .. the drinks are an issue that seems to be the ‘norm’ for all inclusive resorts these days.. out of the bag ‘cocktails’ that bear little to no resemblance of what they’re supposed to be, I couldn’t find any spirit that was enjoyable to drink, the beer is great ! Wine isn’t the best, inexplicably no member of staff in the restaurant offers to ‘ up sell’ you to a nicer bottle, this happens at every other AI we’ve been to and we’d definitely have taken them up .. such an easy thing to offer there’s an issue with the air conditioning at this site, there appears to be none operational In the main hotel areas especially the restaurant, the sight of sweat soaked waiters not the best over dinner although they work really hard and are all extremely pleasant. We had to get a move from our original room to one across the road.. it was pointed out to us that they have a temporary air conditioning generator which just doesn’t cope, our 1st room pumped out hot air and we never got a wink of sleep on our 1st night.. the other room in. Block D was ok but not controllable either freezing or nothing .. we chose freezing ! I seriously advise you to check if this is resolved before heading here particularly with the soaring temps..

Arrived at midday and received a lovely welcome from reception. Our rooms were ready and on opening the door we knew we had chosen well. The room was spacious, bright and spotless. Great bathroom with walk in shower, relaxing lounge area with TV and kitchenette with fridge and microwave. On asking at reception, a kettle was provided within a matter of minutes. There was also a TV in the bedroom and the beds were the comfiest ever. Just perfect. The food was great and plentiful with lots of variety and themed evenings. Lovely to sit outside to eat too. The grounds were immaculately kept and we made the most of the fabulous swimming pools. Never any problem getting a sunbed and pool towels can be hired for €10 deposit, changed every morning and deposit returned at end which is a great idea. The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There was entertainment during the day with various games and competitions for those that wanted to join in and live acts at night all of which were fantastic and had everyone joining in, singing along and dancing. The entertainment staff ensured all nationalities were included and were always smiling and friendly. We had such a fabulous week that none of us wanted to leave and we would definitely return. We will be recommending this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you Alua Suites Las Rocas for a fantastic holiday.

Luke warm food rusty salt pots fruit which had clearly gone off still on display. Poor access. Unclean furnishings. Generally not a 4*. Although this was all inclusive there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. 1 large bottle of water was provided on arrival in the room, if you required more you were expected to go to reception and fill it up. You had to pay for water at the bar. On 2 days there was no hot water to have a shower

Wow what a great hotel. Stayed here with my best friend and daughter . The hotel is amazing. Initially we were in block b . Beautiful views lovely room . We had asked if we could be upgraded , on day 2 we got the upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite in block A . Ground floor overlooking the adult pool.. this was absolutely amazing. Large patio area leading on to grass. So thank you Alua Suites for that.

The room D101 was infested with flys it smelt like sewers it was damp your clothing was damp the pool and surrounding area was dirty cleaned once while we were there snack bar looked derelict had to trek a cross to restaurant every meal time along uneven paths and a cross the dimly lit road no on site shop nearest 15/20 min walk away food OK but most of time was cold entertainment hit and miss would not recommend this hotel/suites waste of money
