The hotel has an excellent location and it's clean and the rooms are nice The only problem with the hotel is the food. Sadly I got breakfast there all four nights. Of the four times I ate breakfast I got mildly sick twice. Once I had diarrhea pardon my calendar. The second time I threw up. They don't keep their breakfast at the right temperature. A lot of the hot stuff food when you put it on your plate is cold although they did bend over backwards to make me hot food. I like the bread and butter and jams the best I also like the fresh juices and the cappuccino is fine but a lot of food was cold and it turned my stomach sour. I like the stuff I like the location I like the vibe I would stay here again just not eat the breakfast.
We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my husbands birthday. The location is perfect for visiting the Pyramids/GEM. The reception staff were lovely upon checking in and it was a lovely surprise to see they had decorated our room and also provided a birthday cake for my husband. The room had a great view of the pyramids. The downside was the cleanliness of our room, I don’t think it had been hoovered as there was a lot of rubbish on the floor and the bathroom/toilet had some stains. The TV remote was not working but a quick call to housekeeping solved that which we appreciated. The room service was really good as was the breakfast buffet.
I would recommend staying here for the hospitality and location of the hotel however, hope they improve their cleanliness.
Hotels in need of renovations. Rooms are dilapidated, noisy during stay. Bedsheets are not clean. Check-in procedures are very long. Car charges are collected during stay. Bad experience.
