Brezza Marina Luxury Rooms

Location and cleanliness are good, as is the helpfulness of Gianni who may be contacted after first arrival by WhatsApp. The accommodation overall at this venue consists of five separately rented rooms off a common corridor in a converted apar**ent, which is on the fifth floor of an apar**ent block with some architectural character. It is close to many restaurants, and to the city centre and bus and train links. Our room was modern, with the en suite bathroom very well-equipped and the fine towels changed every three days. Gianni gave good recommendations for visits and eating. There were out-of-date indications on its website that breakfast is served. It is not. Absence of a comfortable armchair and weak bedside lighting for reading (too common a fault these days) could be easily remedied. Gianni subsequently provided a simple fold up armchair and one better bedside light. There is an electric kettle in the room. A very hospitable owner and a good place to stay for a few days. Comfortable if not quite "luxurious", although these terms are subjective..

We had to scramble and find a place for the night due to a flight cancellation. I booked just before midnight and did not get to the property until around 1am. Mr. Gianni got up from sleeping and checked us in! Overall the staff was very welcoming and kind. They arranged transportation back to the airport for us in the morning. A true testament to Sardinian hospitality.

The place is spotless clean, the rooms are big with A/C mini fridge, clean bathroom with all amenities. The manager Gianni and his wife Anna are so thoughtful and welcoming, frankly we had the best time in Cagliari. There are many restaurants around the hotel and the train station is right down the street so the location was a ++++. I recommend Brezza Marina rooms.

I proprietari Anna e Gianni gentilissimi. Struttura in pieno centro, camera pulitissima, silenziosa e rilassante, con vista mare. Ci sono stata diverse volte e torno sempre volentieri, la consiglio.

Bellissima struttura, stanza pulitissima e luminosa, dotata di tutti i confort, con vista sul mare. Posizione fantastica, a due passi dal centro, dove visitare la zona storica e con vicini mezzi di trasporto, vie dello shopping, bar e ristoranti. Proprietari molto cortesi, professionali e disponibili. Impossibile chiedere di più, semplicemente perfetto. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

La struttura è ubicata in posizione strategica che consente di spostarsi a piedi nel centro storico o di utilizzare i mezzi pubblici della vicinissima stazione (bus e treni). Ambienti recentemente ristrutturati ed estremamente puliti. Proprietario disponibilissimo e gentilissimo.

Posizione, pulizia, veduta, tranquillità e cortesia dei proprietari... Tutto ottimo. Struttura consigliata sia per coppie, single o famiglie. Grazie alla posizione centrale mi è stato molto facile visitare il meraviglioso centro storico di Cagliari, colgo l'occasione per complimentarmi per la spettacolare accoglienza dei Sardi qui a Cagliari, così come ricevuta dai proprietari del Brezza Marina.

Personale veramente disponibile e cordiale, pulizia eccellente delle camere. Camere molto spaziose, ben fornite. A circa 200m dalla stazione di Cagliari e dalla zona centrale.. Fortemente consigliato!
