Stayed at this hotel for a dance weekend. The food was good and and the room comfortable and spacious. We had upgraded to a Junior suite. The pool was good with a hot tub,steam room and sauna. Good location about 20-30 mins from Cardiff and 10mins from the M4. Overall a good hotel with good food.

Love this Hotel cosy feeling. nice comfortable beds and very clean. Spa and leisure excellent. food quality good. Easy to get to Cardiff by Train or bus. Looking forward to returning.

The only critisism i would have is that the room was so warm it was uncomfortable, but it was clean and the staff were lovely. The pool and spa were great to use before leaving.

No dropped curbs on paths from car park to entrance.
No lift!
Thermostat in room not working. Room far too hot and stuffy overnight. TV remote not working.

Great stay, shame the restaurant is only open Thursday to Sunday, bar food was ok.

Not the most modern hotel but I had a lovely stay here. It was nice to come and relax in the spa after doing the waterfall country hike. The room was clean and had great amenities. The staff were friendly also.
