Bon accueil très bon rapport qualité prix dommage lave vaisselle plein et micro onde pas très propre mais comme on ne s en ai finalement pas servi c était très bien tout le reste été nickel.

La limpieza es bastante justita de cristales y debajo del sofá,puertas….

Muy cerca de todo y zona tranquila. Pagas un suplemento por tener apartamento con terraza que la verdad nos dio bastante juego con vistas al canal . La terraza no es muy grande pero para 4 está muy bien
Hay piscina,mini golf y jacuzzi arriba en el ático pero a las 7 de la tarde se cierra y no se puede estar arriba por seguridad (la hora se queda un poco corta cuando estás de vacaciones pero el personal se va a su casa)

Caution when booking: property location is not very convenient (distance to beach and city centre), the 1 bedroom apar**ent unit on ******* is misrepresented and does NOT have a balcony whereas the pictures associated to this lodging unit depict many instances of a spacious balcony. You have to pay a 10EUR/night fee for the balcony and there are few units with balcony available. The aircon & dishwasher in our lodging unit were out of order and not fixed during a 2 week stay, the amenities and property are generally in poor condition, wear and tare combined with low maintenance are taking their toll. The pools are relatively small and pretty shallow, no pool umbrellas available and no shade to seek refuge from the summer sun.
I would not recommend long stays with a family in this property due to location and lacking facilities/amenities.

Amazing environment, super clean, quality, great services! I did the check in very late and they help me out very efficiently with everything! The apar**ent was equipped with everything that you need on a family trip! I will come back soon.

Avis mitigé concernant ce pierre et vacances car il y a des choses très positives ( literie , même sur le canapé, appartement confortable bien équipé, jolie vue sur marina, piscine propre, ) et d autres un peu moins, que 3 appartements avec balcon d ou ma surprise de ne pas en avoir malgres location appartement pour 6 personnes, heureusement il en restait encore un qui m a était donné avec un supplément, très très peu de place de parking à proximité, parking payant à 12 euros la journee, sol bien abîmé au niveau de la chambre, un peu vieillot mais propre dans l ensemble. Personne a l accueil très sympathique et arrangeante. Malgres mon avis mitigé , j ai passé un très agréable sejour

Une belle vue sur la Marina. Résidence parfaitement située. Le parking est payant mais constitue un vrai confort supplémentaire, surtout en saison. Accueil de grande qualité. Confort de l'appartement. Nombreux commerces, et surfaces commerciales à proximité, ainsi que la plage. Je conseille la balade en bateau dans la Marina. A cette époque de l'année c'est parfait !

bel emplacement, hebergement bien équipé avec une belle vue sur les canaux. piscine à sur le toit à revoir , banc de pique nique rouillé à rénover , pas beaucoup de places de parking .

Très en dessous du standing pierre et vacances Les sols sont sales, les murs tachés, les meubles branlants, la télécommande de la tv en fin de vie…. Attention peu de balcon donc mauvaise surprise en arrivant (nous n’en avions pas) J’arrête là même si la liste pourrait s’allonger nettement Tres déçu fini pour nous pierre et vacances Loin de valoir ce que nous avons payé
