Client service awful, not one single answer to an email to exchange basic information. Booked 400€ reservation and didn't even reply to me before my stay...imagine the rest.Very disappointing and frustrating .

Lovely central location with the marina & beach on your doorstep! Modern clean functional hotel with small perfectly adequate rooms & a nice breakfast. Service was efficient & we’d gladly stay there again if revisiting this beautiful spot.

We visited El Port de la Selva in October 2022, after we had had to postpone our planned visit in September. It was our first visit to the city, and unfortunately it turned out that October was probably a little too late in the year. For example, it was difficult to find open restaurants as most seemed to be closed after the season. But it also means that the city was extremely quiet and calm; and we could really find peace here. The hotel is very centrally located in the middle of the city; easy to find free parking; at least out of season. We had an upgraded room with a balcony, and a lovely view of the harbour. The room had all what we expected in terms of equipment, such as fridge, microwave etc, and well equipped otherwise. The breakfast was also really great, with a wide choice of everything you expect to find on a breakfast buffet. The bed was wide and comfortable, although it was a little hard for my personal preference. The only minus with the apar**ent was that the bathroom was very small and cramped. Pleasant reception staff too; we will be happy to return.

This is not a "spa hotel" with the expected facilities. It is a small aparthotel that has a spa room for private hire and a visiting therapist who can service one customer at a time.
There is no gym or pool and the only "lounge" area is at the bottom of the stairs by reception front door.
The local tiny pool is a 10 minute walk away.and although clearly advertised, there is NO FREE ONSITE PARKING, only valet parking at 10 euros per day.
Breakfast buffet is good and receptionists very friendly.

Un hotel en excelente ubicación dentro del puerto , habitación cumplió con lo esperado , de formato estándar… Cama buena , ducha y baño en general bastante bueno. Limpio y ordenado. Entregan pantuflas . Desayuno es el punto más débil. Tiene todo para ser mejor, pero se ve descuidado….en la presentación y calidad de los productos . La chica que atiende hace lo mejor para dar buen servicio .

Hotel céntrico, con fácil acceso y bien situado. Personal amable y colaborador. Reservamos habitación sin cocina (era sólo por 1 noche), son pequeñitas pero cómodas y funcionales, con aire acondicionado, nevera con agua de cortesia y la ducha tiene buena presión de agua. Como sorpresa, nos dieron un código para poder hacer uso gratis de la piscina del club náutico y nos gustó mucho. Desayuno buffet muy correcto, bastante variado y en comedor con vistas al puerto. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Situación excepcional para pasar unos días de vacaciones en familia. En general el trato con el personal ha sido muy bueno y más teniendo en cuenta la afluencia en esta época en la que hemos presenciado a huéspedes exigiendo más allá de lo razonable. Que no estén constantemente hablando catalán, o que cambien a castellano al dirigirse a nosotros ha sido de agradecer.

Tuvieron un problema en la habitación y nos informaron amablemente con antelación.
Cómo estaba lleno, nos cambiaron al hotel puerto cristo casi al lado, con un upgrade de habitación gratis. Muy buen desayuno, y buen restaurante la timba, muy buenas pizzas. Repetiriamos sin duda.
Lo único que modificariamos las cortinas y la ropa de cama, son un poco antiguas, con algo menos estampado y blanco sería más bonito.
