We enjoyed the beach and pool. The property was always clean. The things they could do to improve would be food/restaurant options and more towels.

The hotel needs improvement, poor staff for all the people that receive, food has good taste but needs more variety, the day before we leave; they took our towels in the morning around 9am but it was 4:30pm and still hadnt brought them so I had to ask for them and still wait like two hours to got them.

I do not recommend this hotel
The food is not good and recurring poor quality.
Rooms are dated but clean
Old deco restaurants too
Cockroach found in the bathroom. Stain on bathroom tile joints, hair in sink
For a four star I wouldn't go back! very disappointed.

The property is located directly on the beach. It is 3 separate resorts in one. The ends are quieter than the centre area. Some amenities are shared with all guests. The room was clean with ‘house style’ cottages along a nice pathway.
The food was good but limited in selection. The variety did not change much in our time there. But it was sufficient for all dietary types. The ‘a La caret’ were excellent. We would go again.
4 star at an excellent price.

this is my 4th stay at this resorts and i will come back to this place. this visit house keeping service was bad. the rest at the resort was excellent.

Too much pressure to visit the time share "Senator". Property needs to be updated; when it rains, it floods in many areas. Not enough staff to provide the service that was paid for which caused lines and shortages of necessities.

I dont recommend this place. Outdated rooms. Small rooms. Rooms dont have iron, coffe maker, towels, and basic necessities. If you want to get a snack you have to walk far away. Bed was uncomfortable with bad conforters. No towels were available for the pool. Dont waste your money here. Go some where else. Alot of people smoking cigarettes and cigars.

We just came back from a weekend stay at the property, and although it was a nice stay, I probably wouldnt go back again. There wasn't much to do on the property all there really is is the pool and the beach. The food there honestly wasnt the best, even the restaurants you have to make reservations for werent that good, and thats if your able to get a reservation. I had to go off the property to a different restaurant to have something that Id actually enjoy. The rooms are also very mediocre & have the aesthetic of a 1980s motel. The staff was very helpful though and they try to make the best out of your stay, but all in all I'm glad to say I only stood there for two days instead of a week long.
