This is our second time checking in Watergate and they were still excellent. Thank u sa staff ffor the very good service and food as well. Plus we appreciate the cleaning of the pool as well. Hindi lang sha clean2x na parang wala, but we saw pool cleaners who were excellent talaga.great job

None of our request upon booking were granted, good thing I’ve prepared for my own display. But still commend the housekeeping staff & guards for being helpful.

I didn’t expect how nice the Watergate Hotel is. I chose this hotel because it’s close to the airport. I only stayed overnight and will surely come back for my next visit. The hotel is clean and cozy. The staff are friendly, and the service is great. I highly recommend this hotel to others or friends.

They never informed me that the towel could not be used for the floor as it was small and no rag for the floor. When we check out they charge us about it. For us, we are okay but maybe can inform ahead about the rules, etc. Thank you!
