Wasn’t the absolute worst, but it definitely wasn’t the best. The location was great. Room was clean, but there were water damage stains on the roof. Sheets had stains. People walking by our door hanging around it outside all night long. It was fine for just one night. Sorry to say, but we will not be back.

It was o.k. For the money. We thought it was a bit odd that housekeeping left the previous guests bath towels hanging on the bathroom door.

Very good option ofr St. Augustine Beach area. I'm local and this place is always clean and the area around it is safe. Rooms are clean and there's a pool. I recommend it to incoming guests who are looking for a simple, safe, and clean option.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. This is not a fancy place but was not expecting that. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was in a good area. The room was not clean, the floors had dirt on them. We found pet hairs also in the room. I usually like the Americas best but I think they need better cleaners!!

I gave this hotel a great rating because of value for the money. It is SO convenient to old St. Augustine, and yet is almost right on the best beach in the entire area. It's under a 10 minute walk , but it's better to drive because you can park on the beach. The Oasis restaurant across the street is quite good also.
