Visit for a family event. Really pleased throughout on location, service and facilities. No hesitation to book and stay again.

Lovely hotel, clean room and bedding, very comfy bed, bathrooms were spotless and the shower was 10/10. Special mention for a member of staff - Katie was super lovely and helpful!! Would recommend this hotel perfect location for near by restaurants and pubs too!

Hotel was clean and well presented . Staff very friendly and helpful . Special mention to Rhianne who assisted me with a faulty key card after I ravaged the coffee and milk for the room . Thank you for putting a smile on my face in such a traumatic time 😁

Nice location near the town with free car parking. Staff must be the happiest and friendliest Premier Inn staff in the UK what a credit they are. Room was spacious, very clean and quiet. Would highly recommend and would stay again if in the area. Paid for a cooked breakfast and this was cooked to order and plentiful a very good choice.

Very friendly staff. Nicola B was lovely. The extra touches for the 1940s weekend were fabulous. The staff looked after us from check in all the way through the process. Meghan was also lovely by far the best hotel in Melton Mowbray. Would stay again!

I came in to check in with my friend after years apart and there had been a world war theme on earlier that day. The staff serving were dressed in the theme. I would give special mention to one of the staff (Nicola B, Melton Premier Inn). She hosted us so nicely and was friendly. I was waiting on others getting ready in our group between a few rooms as I was already sorted. Whilst I was waiting a got myself a cup of coffee and she gave me a spare ration bag from their event earlier. She was so nice to me and us all prior whilst booking in. This enhanced the whole experience at this hotel as a nice gesture; out of her way to make me feel more welcome and comfortable.

Room we had was great for our stay. The Breakfast that was provided by Jackie was lovely, she does an amazing job. All cooked fresh to order both my partner and kids were really happy with what we received. We would stay here again for sure, Thank you.

quality/price was very good, nothing special, small car park, windows cant open, could be better, staff was very nice

Great place to stay. We got in late and Rhianne was lovely. She was nice enough to start up the coffee machine so we could all have a drink before we went up to bed. Thank you Rhianne!
