The hotel is old, the location is good, not far from The Great mosque and park, but the pillows were really bad and we couldn’t sleep properly. The breakfast is very simple.

Only 2 nights in our case but it was a good stay. It is a long walk up to the old town, not close but it's fine. The market is a little close if you follow directions on the maps and use short cuts. Free parking in front of the hotel. Room was a little small, but typical for big cities in Turkey, the same with the breakfast anywhere, same food. There are small restaurants around, we tried two for the 2 diners close to the hotel in Bursa. Not bad. Store with everything you need 50 meters away. Ove all a good stay.

The hotel a little bit old, reseptionist not agree to give late chick out, breakfast medium, furniture old.
Location good only city view and parking easy to be used.

Everything is gine. But i think staff should get trained in English language so that communication will be easy. But overall Services are good in GrandBursa Hotel. I will surely recommend my friends.👍

Otel merkezi konumda,lüks değil belki ama ***et yeterli bir şehir oteli..çalışanları nazik ve ilgili..özellikle resepsiyonda bizi güleryüzle karşılayan Gülşah hanıma karşılaması ve Bursa gezimiz konusunda yardımları için teşekkürler..

Un hotel bello, realizzato con materiali di pregio, ma che mostra piccoli particolari di decadenze negli arredi, ad esempio l'area termale quando siamo andati non era funzionante. Veramente apprezzabile la stanza enorme, il bagno turco, molto grande, nel nostro bagno tutto di marmo, la terrazza panoramica del ristorante, la cortesia del personale.
