I booked this hotel because is in the center of Bursa, closed to the Ulu Mosque and the grand pazar, I came to this hotel before with my family, the hotel is clean and the service is very good. The breakfast is ok , I have a good experience with his hotel, I will come again

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

The hotel was convenient for parking my car. The breakfast buffet was big offering a good choice. The staff was friendly, the bed lining good and the mattress very comfortable. Similar to a 4 stars hotel. I will come again there when I will visit Bursa City again.

Very modern, clean hotel with great amenities. Gym, pool, sauna and hot mineral pool were all amazing. Room was spacious, well decorated, super clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Location is across from many restaurants and a couple of big malls. No complaints. There was no loud music as noted in other reviews. Very satisfied with my stay!

IIvanTT_BulgariaThis is my second time at the hotel. Again I am impressed with the hotel as a whole and with the ”invisible” staff ensuring a pleasant stay. Very good rooms, excellent staff ready to help you with anything. We were on training from the company and did not have much time to stay in the hotel itself. But I would recommend the hotel for a stay in Bursa. I can't judge if it is in a communicative place because we had an organized transfer for every single day.

ผผู้เข้าพักDie sehr zentrale gute Lage entschädigt leider nicht für die Mängel, die im Grunde leicht zu beheben sind , wenn das Interesse der Hotelführung dafür vorhanden wäre. 4 Übernachtungen/5 Tage Aufenthalt: Preis: 50€ ( zu viel für das was man bekommt) Allgemeiner Eindruck: - ungepflegt abgewohnt - 70er… 80er Jahre Charme Lage: PLUS - exponierte zentrale Lage - Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Entfernung - Terrasse mit Panorama Blick über die Stadt MINUS - Sehr stark befahrene Hauptstraße direkt am Hotel ( ununterbrochener Straßenlärm Tag und Nacht) - Seitenstraße (Hoteleingang) Lärm durch Lokal und Frisörgeschöft bis in die Morgenstunden Personal: - freundlich wenn vorhanden, nicht sehr motiviert Frühstück (inclusive) - Standard , minimal geringes Angebot - keine Kühltheke mit Abdeckung Zimmer: - Zimmer bereit, aber nicht gereinigt oder nur oberflächlich gereinigt vorgefunden - im Verlauf unseres Aufenthaltes nur einmal unseren Müll (kleine Tüte) entsorgt , nach Aufforderung - keine Reinigung während gesamten Aufenthalt - Toilettenpapier auf Anfrage erneuert - Handtücher nur einmal gewechselt - Handtücher und Bettwäsche mit Löchern - Kopfkissen unbequem und unangehm Geruch - Matratze durchgelegen - nur eine funktionierende Steckdose (zwei weitere ohne Funktion) - Shampoo nur ein Minifläschchen am ersten Tag , später 3 - keine Gläser oder Becher im Bad

NNalan Gผมพาผู้ใหญ่ 2 เด็ก 1 จากทัวร์ Ets ไปเที่ยววันหยุดของเรา เราจ่าย 125 tl ทําเลที่ตั้งสวยมาก ไปใจกลางเมืองได้สบายๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ คิดว่าไม่ต้องจ่าย เสียอย่างเดียวคือห้องสั่นขณะเดินในห้องเหมือนตื่นมารู้สึกตกใจทุกช่วงเวลา ในคืนเดียวคนจาก 2 ถึง 3 ชั่วโมงข้างบนเสียงดังเหมือนจะบ้าในห้อง คุณกําลังมองหารีเซฟชั่นไม่มีใคร เค้าก็ไม่ดูโทรศัพท์ ผมโทรมาจากโทรศัพท์ที่เค้าก็เปิดไม่ออกอีก เรากําลังจะเอาวันรุ่งขึ้นอย่างน้อยก็อยากให้เค้าปรับแต่เราติดต่อใครไม่ได้ อย่างน้อยเขาก็เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ ห้องพักก็สะอาด

ผผู้เข้าพักห้องสําหรับครอบครัวของเราค่อนข้างกว้างขวาง สะอาด และบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าก็ดีด้วย แต่ทางเดินสลัวมากและเรามีปัญหากับลิฟต์ด้วยเพราะมันค่อนข้างเล็กเมื่อเทียบกับลิฟต์ขนาดปกติ ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับมัสยิดหรือ Cami ซึ่งเราโชคดีที่ได้สวดมนต์ fajr โดยรวมแล้ว หากคุณเดินทางไกลและต้องหยุดสักพัก โรงแรมนี้ค่อนข้างดีสําหรับการพักผ่อนยามค่ําคืน
