Coast Metro Vancouver Hotel

Been there twice for some reasons. First time was ok, second time I got the room was close to hwy, so noisy, and one thing can’t accept that previous customers smoked in the room and they might don’t know or whatever, I stayed after few hours my all clothes absorbed that smoke smell. Why they don’t do anything before new customers checkin?

性價比極低的一間酒店，據附近餐廳職員講都話唔值呢個價錢，根本是無可能CAD$300/晚，在當地佢咁嘅酒店最多$200，以它的價錢有附近好多好選擇，但我哋訂得遲又得揀😰😰

Modern hotel. Air conditioning and heating controls are very intuitive (unlike many other properties). Personnel is helpful.

The best thing about this hotel was the reception at the front desk. I was given a bottle of water and got to pick a treat out and was then escorted to my room and shown around. Such a refreshing change from so many impersonal hotels

Staff were amazing! Taz and Nur went above and beyond to ensure we had a very pleasant stay. Loved the bed - loved the pillows, too. Very clean and updated. Mike

From the moment we walked in we loved the place, we were treated very warmly by the woman at the front desk and offered water and snacks, we got to choose if we wanted 1st or 2nd floor, and we loved the layout of the hotel! The renovations are really nice and modern, I loved our view overlooking Vancouver and Burnaby, the noise wasn't too bad at all despite being so close to a major intersection, and it was very close to bus stops that are only a short ride away from the Expo and Millennium lines! They even let us borrow an umbrella at the front desk so we didn't have to buy one! When checking out, the man who helped us was just as nice and happy as the original woman who checked us in! Even topped up the snack basket for us. All the staff were happy and helpful the entire time. Also, I had the best sleep in YEARS in the bed there. Those pillows are the best I've used, I'd really love to get some for myself. We will definitely be using this hotel again on future trips! We were happy with the price as well, it felt like a good deal, especially compared to other hotels in Vancouver/Burnaby, and the great experience definitely made the price worth it!
