Lawn on 3 sides with two paved teak terraces. The house of a total of 140 squared meters is on three floors. First floor with living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Second floor with three well separeted bedrooms with 3 beds (1 king size, 1 queen size and 1 single) and a bathroom. Between the first and second flor there is an elevator just for 1/2 persons. The third floor is the basement with a space room for guests and a bathroom: but this part of the house (20sqm) is not for rent.Access to the beach area through a private gate (50 meters from the gate complex); after a few steps you arrive to a charming wooden walkway above the natural sand dunes covered by vegetation of the natural park.
