Highly recommend this place for any family trip. Close to shopping centers and river entrance. Quick and Easy check in. Very clean except I got a room that bed was undone and there was still a used coffee cup on table. They fixed the problem right away and gave me a different room so I was happy about that. Everything else was perfect. If you do t have a fridge or microwave just ask for one they will find one for you. They do go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.I will be booking with them in the future instead of a ****** o Lu because I don’t have to wait a long time to check in or go up or down the elevator like at the ******s. Thanks everyone here for an awesome stay

Par contre j'avais demandé dans les demandes particulières d'avoir une chambre avec réfrigérateur, pour y mettre un traitement médical, à notre arrivée à 21h notre chambre n'en possédait pas. La personne à l'accueil a été très gentille elle nous a changé de chambre. Mais elle nous a dit n'avoir jamais reçu notre demande. Hors j'ai reçu une réponse me disant qu'ils feraient de leur mieux. De qui est la réponse ?

Ghetto hotel no microwave, no fridge, no continental breakfast as advertised, no internet ,lots of druggies hanging around. No maid service. Very unsafe I went to the front desk bc my keys were not working they didn't even check my ID. The room was somewhat clean.

Jesse Wesson here don't stay there you will regret it the place is horrible and I mean horrible front desk was rude didn't care my tv was not working no microwave and fridge also I paid for them just horrible you want to throw away money than stay there

Room wasn’t swept old soap in tub you can tell the bed wasn’t even made after the last person cause there was something in the covers 🤮🤢 also I had tipped a house housekeeper named Brenda I think spoke very little English for bringing me towels and then asked me for a whole $10 for gas

Upon entering ,this place looks like filth.rude manager.it is so nasty I couldn't even check in.save your money and go to the lodge in Laughlin ,which is across the river.the only way for a better review is to have better service.

This place was horrible in customer service and housekeeping, when arrived I was transferred 3xs with one room being occupied in another room that had not been clean with feces in the toilet beds, unmade and dirty towels, one room with ac unit not working, dirty shower. Pool walls are dirty as well. Checked out after 7 hours after daughter got bit on back by something over night and they gave me the run around for 4 days on giving me back my deposit and unused night. Spoke with Grant at facility and Lori that's apparently there finance person that's at a different number "619" area code and was still no help. Had to turn to my bank. Please don't waste your money or risk your health and safety here!!!!

Stayed here the first time because of location, close to Laughlin and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I've stayed several times and the rooms have always been newly remodeled and very clean. They have a nice pool overlooking the Colorado river. The staff have all been very friendly and accommodating. Give them a try its much more relaxing than the casinos.
