Worst experience and absolutely non responsive management, wouldn't recommend anyone to go through this harassment. O booked a room for 3 nights but checked out after 2 as the bathroom was full of spider webs and insects, hadn't been cleaned for weeks. I shared a WhatsApp video with the front desk and asked them to cancel my booking with a refund for the 3rd night as I moved to another hotel, and have not had a resolution yet. I'm being told for over 3 days that we are waiting to hear back from management. Very bad unhygienic environment in a world that recovered from pandemic is not acceptable in hospitality.

Location - very hard to get grab taxi, local taxi charges so high and you must have their contact numbers to book.
Wifi - very poor connection, childrens did not enjoy using their gadgets.
Location - Need to go town to buy, only the hotel restaurant has food to buy. You must have your own car when going to MidHills Hotel.
Amenities - So far, pool has warm water good to the cold environment/weather. Gym is ok, but not able to use.
Service - We were early, but still they waited for the checkin time before they entertained us, its a waste of time queuing well in fact they should have settle checkin transaction when customer arrived early.
