The location was great - right off the 219, very close to grocery stores, restaurants and neighborhoods. I appreciated the hot breakfast and 24 hour coffee service. The room itself was pretty standard; however, it was cold, difficult to heat up and lacked an extra blanket. The hotel was quite dirty, such as dried chunks of dirt in the ice machine room, unvacuumed common hallways and elevators. I found the staff to be friendly and generally helpful, including the night shift front desk person offering to bake a batch of cookies!

We had a spectacular time, the towels were brought in to the pool when we were in the pool. When we took the card to get into pur room, it wouldn't let us, so I took it down. One lady swiped the card and from then on it worked.. and we did see two deer right outside our hotel ❤️ A++++

The staff was super friendly, the location great, room comfy and clean but the pool was freezing, the water dirtyand the pool room just as cold.

Pool was not open. Told us it would be the next day and wasn’t. One of the main reasons we booked was for the pool. No blankets or pillows for the sofa bed. And they were notified of how many we’re gonna be in the room and we needed the sofa bed. Only enough towels for 3 people. And when we asked for these extra items for the number of people in our party they didn’t have enough.

This property is close to the new ambulatory surgery center at 550 Orchard Park Rd. We
stayed twice for 2 days within a month.
The breakfast is very good. Mary Jo who takes care of the buffet breakfast was especially kind. She got a bag for a few items to take to the room for my husband after his surgery. Luckily the room has a refrigerator for yogurt and cold drinks.

Did not end up staying at this hotel. I drove down four hours to check in and they told me that I wasn't allowed even though I've had the hotel room booked for months in advance. They kicked us onto the streets for our concert and said you could maybe look for a lower level hotel room, I'm not kicking you out onto the streets you're getting a refund. the customer service was horrible ended up leaving in tears because of how rude the front desk lady was. Overall not a good experience, and I do not recommend. They are not very accommodating.

There was 0 hot water when I showered at 10:30 am. The room had an interesting smell, kind of musty. Otherwise, it was clean and the staff was friendly.
