非常好，這裡是我住了近10家holidayinn中床品密度最高的一家。乾淨舒適！其它方面都是統一標準。

As a typical business traveler I stay frequently in this class of hotel. This had to be my worst experience in recent memory. The room I was given was not ready and not clean. There was no remote and the coffee bar had not been refilled. The floors were dirty and there was a bad stain on the couch that needed cleaning. In the bathroom there was mold on the upper wallpaper and the sink drain was missing. When I checked in for my four night stay the front desk made my keys only for three days. The food pantry for snacks had not been restocked. The breakfast was very good and that space was clean.
I asked to have housekeeping come to my room and clean it but the bathroom floor was still left dirty. The same clump of dirt was on the floor after two housekeeping visits. The head of housekeeping came to my room with another employee and opened the door without knocking and fortunately I was dressed. This place needs a new management team.

Not what I expected from Holiday Inn. Checked in at 7:00pm and rooms weren’t ready. Went to dinner, came back and second room not cleaned/ready yet. First room had door open, bathroom sink dirty. Wasn’t certain it was ready? Had to move from second room to another.
Trash and dirty linens in hallway on first floor. Both coffee pots empty at breakfast. Laundry dryer vents in front landscaping area and was covered in lint. Needs some serious attention to guest experience/cleanliness.

The overall condition of the property was poor. The dust in higher areas of the room, tops of furniture and wall hangings was thick. There was obvious damage to the walls. The toilet looked as though it had been questioned repaired. A fresh coat of paint and a deep cleaning could go a long way!

We didn't like their control of things that were going on.. There were kids yelling, running all over and no one was trying to get the situation under control.. Many guests complained but nothing was done about it..

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and it didn’t disappoint. Not fancy, but has everything you need for a basic stay. Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast buffet with a decent selection to get you on the go in the morning. Barb in the breakfast area is a gem! With the busyness of many hockey teams, and their families coming through the breakfast area… She remained helpful, friendly, and kind. She even offered to wash my coffee thermos for me.
Great location, Starbucks, super Walmart less than five minutes away.
It has become a great option for us when we have last-minute snowboarding visits to Ellicottville only a 45 minute easy drive.

On our first night, we stayed in a room located near the freeway, which was noisy, as the sound of passing vehicles could be heard loud and clear. That room was also missing a blackout shade and the parking lot street lights were very bright. The front desk staff was able to reassign us to a different room on the second night, which was much better! Also, there were 3 kids hockey teams that stayed during out time there and kids were running rampant around the property; however, I understand this is out of the hotel's control.

The girl who checked us in seemed bothered that she had to work. She simply told us we were on the 3rd floor, when breakfast was and check out time. Didn’t great us when we got here. Didn’t say goodbye after we checked in. She was just plain rude.

The elevator needs to be cleaned. There is what looks like and I add hopefully milk shake on the walls with lots of fingerprints. Ugh! Just gross.
There was a pill I found on the rug in my room. A child could have easily found that and swallowed it and became sick. This only lets me know the rug wasn’t vacuumed properly.
The tub needs to be snaked because as I took a shower the bathtub filled up with water. It was close to being filled up. I stood there trying to get clean but I’m standing in a tub of the filth just cleaned off my body.
Also I had to clean hair that was still in the tub. I sprayed it down with Lysol after.
I wasn’t going to even eat the free breakfast there. I was traumatized enough.
