Hotel bem localizado, bom ambiente, quarto bem confortável, amplo, limpo e organizado. Água quente e fria em todas torneiras e chuveiro. Se preocupam com o conforto do hóspede. Serviço de quarto impecável.

The hotel is well located in easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and tourist transport (hop on/off bus, subway). And if you are a Spanish-speaker, you are only a few blocks from the theatre district. Area is quiet, safe, and the staff are most helpful. Excellent breakfast.

the hotel is in a good position to visit the city, the rooms are large and comfortable.
the breakfast lacks of variety, every day is the same but overall not bad.

I loved the size of my room! Very spacious and it had a little kitchen which I found convenient. The breakfast had a good number of options and it was good. My only concern was the cleanliness. It needs more care because the bathroom seemed to have some type of mold, the sheets were stained and the curtains looked like they have never been washed.

Was easy to walk pretty must to all the touristy area safely.. Uber or taxi esily to get also.. Breakfast was good.. place was quiet and safe.. Thry held my bags next day a bit since i had a late flight out.. And staff let me fly drone from roof a bit.

I read reviews before I select a hotel, sadly I see ones that people expects to be treated like kings when they are not. This hotel ia excepcional Superb for as long as you want to stay. I looked for Cons and did not find a thing. No noise, clean everything, perfect location, easy place to start your city tour, breakfast was as good as you can find in USA Hotels; some people just want to underestimate another culture that they ignore, Staff were very helpful (more than I expected. I definitely go back anytime soon.
