Cheap hotel that's located near a lot of good locations but I was able to hear the neighbors a lot.

Location was convenient in the city center, very walkable. It wasn't the most comfortable of places to stay, but it was clean. My room had an adjoining door that was locked, but did make me a bit nervous initially. I could hear the people in the room next to me pretty clearly, so that was the only major downside.

O atendimento na recepção foi muito bom. O ambiente estava limpo e organizado. Minha insatisfação ficou por conta do banheiro, que ainda tem uma banheira dentro e o escoamento de água é bem ruim. Por conta disso, a gente toma banho e fica com água até a canela, pois ela demora a escoar. Há uma cortina, que também não retém a água, o que não é culpa de quem usa, pois devido ao próprio sistema de ventilação, ela não fica fixa e acaba respingando água por todo o banheiro. O café da manhã é básico.

Hotel bem localizado, se você quiser ficar no centro. Bem perto da Calle Florida, Galerias Pacífico, bares , restaurantes. Carrefour Express e BA Market na esquina. O quarto é bem antigo, mas o ar condicionado e chuveiro funcionam bem. Café da manhã básico , sem ovos. Staff simpático.

Ótima experiência, porém a falta de um frigobar e o café da manhã deixam a desejar. Poderia ter um suporte no banheiro para colocar sabonete, shampoo e condicionador.

A localização do hotel é perfeita, os atendentes sao atenciosos. O prédio é antigo, mas é muito limpo e tudo funciona bem, ar condicionado, chuveiro, cofre, frigobar.
Acho que merecia mais cuidado com as toalhas, sempre furadas ou rasgadas, travesseiros bem ruins, e o secador de cabelo estava quebrado, mas foi reposto.
