On March 23th we arrived at the hotel at 9:30 pm. We had a reservation for a suite, one of the most expensive rooms It was informed to us that wasn’t available, instead they wanted to give us a 2 level loft. The room was completely different to the room we reserved. Miguel tried to assist us, and we demand to talk to the manager. Miguel had multiple chats exchanges with the owner, Ernesto Goransky, and we request several times to talk to him but he didn’t want to. The only available rooms were the cheapest ones, standard rooms, and we requested to see the room that we have reserved , the suite that was supposed to be unavailable because the AC has broken, but our request was denied to us. This hotel may have some good reviews but be aware that they can try to do the same to you: DENIED THE ROOM YOU RESERVED AND GIVE YOU INE WORST. Still I want to say that Miguel tried his best and was ashamed of the whole situation.
