THIS HOTEL IS CLOSED PERMANENTLY. DO NOT BOOK! Frankly I'm shocked TripAdvisor is advertising and taking bookings for this hotel. I arrived last evening at 11pm and the hotel is completely shuttered. I spent two hours standing in the cold, in one of the dodgiest areas in Buenos Aires, trying to find alternative accommodation. Airbnb to the rescue.
