Awesome hotel! I stayed with my son for two nights. It was a great experience: nice service, an excellent bar, and a very good breakfast. We had some issues with the window in our room, and they tried to fix it but did not manage. However, they responded with a small discount on our rate, which was very appreciated. I can recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Buenos Aires. Great place with great service!

AMAZING HOTEL. Super recomendado y muy buena energia del todo personal ademas de super profesionales. Desde el restaurante como la habitacion y sus comodidades todo fue excelente. Espero volver pronto y gracias por todas sus atenciones.

We arrived pretty late and were warmly welcomed and quickly checked in. Very nice room, pretty quiet, except a small amount of noise from aircon units from adjacent buildings. Staff were excellent throughout and helped with finding placrs, sorting out taxis and booking a Tango show. Breakfast was excellent and we also had a good lunch one day if our stay. Seemed a good location, walkable distance from waterfront and Recoleta. It's pretty new hence lowly ranking, so far, deserves to rise up the ranks and pricing was reasonable for class of Hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location! Because the Spa and pool where not avaliable we got upgraded to a suite which was beautiful! The staff where helpful and polite! The bar is fantastic with lovely drinks! Overall a great boutique hotel in a great area of Buenos Aires

We had a great stay here: - the biggest plus was the extremely friendly, helpful staff - customer service at its best - the location is good - the area is quiet and it is easy to get to many attractions - our room was very comfortable with a good bed and pillows - all issues we reported to staff were addressed promptly - the restaurant (La Cantina) is a great place for dinner with a good very reasonably priced menu and excellent food - the bar (Le Club Bacan) is a nice spot for a drink and tapas We had a little glitch at check-out when there were two charges on our bill that were not ours. It took about 15 mins to get this resolved as it appeared it had to be searched out manually (it didn’t look like there was an online system that could be readily consulted). But this was the only problem in an otherwise outstanding stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is exceptional, thank you to everyone from reception - Gimena and Javier were very welcoming and friendly!, bar (outstanding designed Bar at the Lobby, please ask to Ramiro for your preferred cocktail!), dinner in Cantina Restaurant (great Argentinian food! Julian, the chef, came out from the kitchen to greet us!), and housekeeping for a fantastic stay. The room was elegant and comfortable. Great location, with really nice restaurants and cocktail bars. Nearby Recoleta and La Recova. Only 15 minutes driving distance to Palermo (great restaurants there too!) We will definitely be back!

El edificio del hotel Sofitel en la calle Arroyo al 800 fue adquirido por el grupo español único y desde hace 3 meses es el Hotel 5 estrellas Casa Lucía. Todo impecable como corresponde a un hotel de esa categoría y precio. Todo el personal es súper eficiente y amable y se respira una atmósfera de calidez en cada lugar.
