Super 8 by Wyndham Buena Vista

Check-in was easy. The room was a decent room and had it's own entrance from the outside. It did have a faint smell of smoke but overall it was fine. Is what I didn't like were all the sign posted by management. Pick up Ice off the Floor $200 fee for not declaring pets $500 for smoking dope. And so on. I get it, people need to be reminded but a PLEASE AND THANK YOU GOES A LONG WAY.

Love staying here! Have stayed several times over the past couple years when coming to hike. Great location, great service, always available when I need them. Will stay here again!

Would not recommend unless you love terrible customer service. Male front desk employee was extremely rude checking us in. Couldn't be bothered to actually get up and do his job (you know, the thing he's paid to do). He would rather sit upstairs instead of at his desk to check customers in. Rooms were dated and of poor quality. If I were you, I'd pay the extra few dollars and stay somewhere else.

Great check in. I had the “pet friendly” filter on but the hotel didn’t have that info. Fortunately they had a pet friendly room. Breakfast was a great spread. Staff very friendly. It snowed and the maintenance man was out early shoveling.

The person that checked me in was put out by me trying to check in. Was on a personal phone call.

The pool area had bkack mold near hottube. And the hottube had somuch clorine i dont think it was safe for people to get in.

All was fine until a herd of elephants moved in above us at midnight. The moving of tree trunks went on for over an hour. Why not put early check-ins on the upper floor and late check ins on the ground floor to avoid this misery for ground floor guests?

The staff is rude. There is diarrhea splattered on the toilet seat. The main lobby smells like there is a sewage leak nearby.

Check in was ok, but when we got into our room there was no remote and trash on the floor. We went to the front desk to get a remote and couldnt get it to work, so she put us in a different room. In that room none of the lights worked. We got moved again and still some of the lights didnt work but at least one did, and the tv worked so we decided we would deal with it. I went to pick up my shoes and found more trash on the floor and it hadnt been vacuumed. The property is lacking normal maintenance and cleaning isn't done thoroughly. I would definitely would not stay there for more than $70 a night.
