Ladies at the registration desk were very nice .
I will not stay there again room and Hotel building are old, run down , dirty and looks like they renting room for people to live there.
Our shower was dirty, there was a desk and chair in our room that looked like they got from the trash. It was so horrible I put one of room towels on it so I could it. Aldo did the same to the sofa chair in the room.
Would not recommend ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Not the greatest place to stay, rooms need some painting and patching to go bathtubs need some remodeling. Assuming it was a motel before hand.

Room was not clean. Hot tub was broken, service staff overnight- Joseph was very rude and unprofessional.

Appreciated the layout of the family suite but this room wasn't clean. Has potential but needs to work on disinfecting and cleanliness. The staff at the front desk are nice though.

Buena park inn and there is a Buena park Inn & suites don't get them confused. The app cant help you and the motel won't refund you.
I was okay until i saw a roach.
I wasnt given anything for my expierence since i booked it through the app. I also wasnt given my one key points again.

There were some things in the room that made us question how clean this place is.

Water didn’t get warm in the shower. Same for Pool and hot tub. The continental breakfast was atrocious. There’s also no phone # to be found to contact the front desk, couldn’t even find a direct line online

The staff were great. The price was great, 160 for a 3 bed room. However the jacuzzi did not work and the facility needs updating/renovations. The lobby is beautiful. Its a good place for cheep for big families
