Although the location was a bit further from places like Solvang, it was not too far and the room was comfortable.

Will definitely be back! Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. Outdoor patio was nice with lots of games to enjoy outdoors. Walking distance to Firestone and McDs for the kids.

I would have liked it if it would have been more clean. More communication when needing more things in the room such as, pillows, bedsheets etc.

The heat was not working, it was cold at night. The balcony door had a leak at the door seal and a lot of cold air was coming in. The shower curtain was not tucked in result the water was coming out of the tub on the floor.

When we were checking iin the desk clerk told us to go into the lobby to book online to save money. Ok thanks. When we went back to the desk to finish, he told us that because we booked online they would not record our loyalty number. We mentioned that we did not pay the $10 online for breakfast. He said we should have because now it was going to cost us $29.
